Ten spun from one window, reloaded without stopping, and started firing out the window on his other side. Five bursts, five Jackals dropped. He threw a plasma grenade, which detonated, killing an elite in blue armor, and three grunts. Suddenly Ten’s AI, thought not a smart AI, sounded in his head.
Axon: Ten…I think there is another Spartan on Diagona. However my data is incomplete, I do not have the same privileges as a smart AI. Recommend you move to the crash site.
Ten paused for half a second before lifting his gun off the window frame and turning, “Huon, Razak, take these Covenant down. Change of plans, I’m headed for the crash site!” He took off out of the opposite side of the building. Opening the door, he saw a single Grunt, it jumped, but his fist impaled it’s skull before it could warn the others. He entered the building with the crashed pelican from the opposite side of the building…the area seemed clear of Covenant, since most of them in the near area were clustered around the wrecked front. He opened the door, it was dark enough in here. He turned on his comm. “Spartan, Report.” He spoke, just as a figure entered the room from the pelican, he could dimply see the shape through the smoke.

Zanolar stopped in front of the crashed ship. “Wait here my brothers, I shall deal with these humans.” Boldly he pulled himself into the pelican, eyeing the scattered marines, he walked to the back, and stood at the edge of the smoke. It looked like one human…maybe a female….was in the room. He stepped out of he room and activated both of his energy swords, raising them to his face so they illuminated it, casting intimidating shadows. “I had hoped maybe my old mentor was in this room. However I will have to settle with…this demon.” He smiled.
