Is this even a real question? ESB Vader vs. Tyarnus? Tyranus's saber skills nearly double Vader's. Even in the Force Tyranus is a considerable ammount stronger. Tyranus, though old, is in way better condition. He had a draw with Yoda for crying out loud. If that isn't enough for you he beat ROTS Obi-Wan, who in turn beat ROTS Vader, who we all know is stronger than ESB Vader.

Not to mention that Dooku pretty much tooled both ROTS Obi-Wan AND ROTS Anakin, who, as you mentioned, is far superior to old man Vader. Had Sidious not set restraints on Dooku against Anakin, the OT would cease to exist.

If he blocks it with his hand he is f*cked. The electrical current will destroy his life support. If he went to pick up some debris Dooku could just whip out his saber and stab him.

I doubt it. Dooku is far faster than Vader, being able to go up against the likes of Yoda and ROTS Anakin. He has mastered Makashi, the ultimate duelling form and has had more experinece with a blade. The only thing that Vader has the advantage with is physical strength. But if Dooku is getting tired he can just fire off some lightning with his free hand (his style only uses one hand to fight), thus killing Vader.
and in the Force he just has to be careful and if he can connect his Force Choke, Dooku is screwed.
Maybe. But whats to say Dooku wont connect a force choke, or connect with his force lightning, or pull down the roof on Vader for that matter. I would say they are about equal in force strength, but Dooku has the asset of lightning which we know Vader is screwed against.
