vaders purpose of doing this is different, he uses it to kill his opponent, no more no less, not to forget anakin BLOWN back dooku with a swing of form V and vaders physical strength is nearly twice as anakin, not to mention vader has one of the greatest physical or prehaps the strongest strength among all the sith lords,(maybe except grievious), that would kill dooku, and vader isnt so slow, he is decent, he makes up for his slowness with his custamised form, containing elements of other forms in form V, and vader has greater dark side experience than dooku,

How good is experience when compared to someone who has a vastly superior connection with the force? Ok, say you train for 30 years to be a track star, and during that time Carl lewis breaks his leg. He heels and gets back to the top of his game. You all race. Do you beat him? Hell no.

This is one thing I'll give Vader, an advantage in forms, but when you consider that Dooku knows of all of the other forms except form 7, and has shown the ability to hold his own against both Yoda and Mace Windu, both of whom's forms have a superior advantage than Schien does, it really doesn't mean that much at all.

He killed the sand people because they killed his mother, the person who he cared about the most in the entire world. Sure, he wanted revenge against Dooku but it wasn't quite the same. He was also still a padawan during AOTC, and by ROTS he's a lot more jedi-like.
