So Anakin is above OB1. It should be common sense that they showed both of them doing it at the same to show how familiar they were with each other. And you dont know which one was pushing harder, or if thats even a possibility. If a push is just a push, then it wouldnt matter who was stronger.
Exactly. Also Ogami, please note that there is more to defending against the force than just defending TK. For example defending against TK is vastly different to defending against lightning for instance.
In fact there is more to defending against TK than just defending a force push, what is required to defend against a force push is most likely pretty different from what is required to defend against a force crush or something.
Anakin is above Obi-Wan in the lightsaber for sure. However, while Anakin is PROBABLY better than Kenobi in the Force, the movie shows that they're are equal. Now the movie isn't 100% correct, as the EU plays a major role in Star Wars. In addition, the ROTS novelization says Anakin is the best. However, this is a slight exaggeration as Yoda and Mace are better.
However, in the movie, they should have shown Anaking throwing Obi away to show he's stronger, otherwise people think they're equal in the Force.

Actually, EU means nothing if its at all different than the movies. Anakin is indeed the most powerful, the only thing is Yoda, Mace, and OB1 have more experience. Thats it. The movies are 100% correct UNLESS Lucas himself says something different. Movies are above EU, hands down. Yoda and Mace are better, but not more powerful, as stated by the novel AND Lucas. And the movies don't show they're equal, it shows they know each others moves.
That comment was meant personally toward ESB. Of course you put up a spectacle against who was it (Nikkolas??) and against Rampant Ox. Believe me, there was several people involved in the struggle. You and ESB were the two primary ones and there was also some really good side lengthy arguments for Vader by others that added to the Vader team's power.
