Cyber Ninja(fox) Vs Spiderman

Fox without the suit, was already more than peak. With the suit, he is even 20-30x more. Add the plasma blaster,Sword that is able toi go through steel, and cut multiple bullets coming at him in close range < in his bio about cutting bullets, that are that small. Invisible. The logic is, that spidersense, logically in the stats, is said to warn him of danger, not if ninja stand far away, spiderman is not going to see him until he gets close. His Speed, is FAST, not giving spiderman to react that fast, with a special sword, and blaster at him.

In the same token. Ninja can dodge spideys web shooters and close the distance and simply slice a limb off spidey.

He can go invisible while doing all this. Spidey won't know where to even shoot. While he's busy dogding whatever ninja throws at him, he gets closer and simply breaks spideys neck. Being a spidey fan, you know his senses can get overloaded.

In a straight up fight. Ninja is far more skilled, and being in the same speed range reflex vs skill leans towards the ninja. A bred warrior, Ninja can use that against spidey.

Once again, Spidey is no killer, Ninja is. That alone makes a tough fight for spidey even tougher. Ninja won't hesitate to kill..especially in a random encounter.

First of all, all these matches in blood lust. That means they'll be fighting to the best of their abilities--no holding back. Including Spiderman. He won't be worried about killing.

And we've already countered that invisibilty thing so many time with true, hard facts. His Spidersense determines what the greater threat is and makes him avoid it. CN will get nowhere near sneaking up on him, invisibility or not. CN's sword will never connect with Spidey.

And please don't talk down to me like that. You've been on this forum for a month longer than me. You're not my elder or anything. I probably use the least insults out of anyone on this forum.

He shouldnt be worried about killing, he should be worrying about being killed. Spiderman at his best currently, still nothing. Ninja at his best, would be a god suit and more skills. Currently they both dont go up much to there best.

So in a Superman vs Hulk match, at there best, I use Superman PRIME, because that is his best ? Thats so dumb.

Ok Spiderman Prime ? Ok, spidey gets the bugs, totry and kill ninja too, and he could chuck billions of cars, out of his suit.

I've already said so many things about the spider sense and how it is capable of warning him of extreme, imminent danger even when the danger is not imminent. If that makes sense. Don't make me find previous posts.

His Spidersense also tells him the exact direction and location of attacks. CN will never touch him without being Flash-fast.

And I JUST described to you, using your own stats no less, how CN's strength is nowhere near in comparison to Spiderman's. And then you throw all this other stuff at me from out of nowhere.

Spiderman's speed and reflexes are 15-20x faster than PEAK human.

Cyber Ninja's speed and reflxes are 20-30x faster than NORMAL HUMAN (even says so in the bio you provided).

Not his strength. I know how much you want him to be weaker, but he's not, man. He's just not.

Spiderman's strength doesn't follow that same pattern.

Spiderman's strength again=15 tons=30,000 lbs.

CN's strength is NOWHERE near that.

SM's strength>>>>>>CN's strength.

SM's durability>>>>>>>>>>>>>>CN's durability.

One good shot from Spiderman will send CN into a coma.

-It really doesn't matter if it's a regular one or a lightsaber. He's not going to hit Spiderman with it.
