Joshua(Hosea) ben Nun of the Ephriam tribe, Moses viceroy

Don't some believe that Joshua ben Nun was really Jesus...or another name for him?

Yeah just like I stated above. He was the first incarnation of Jesus within a Christian tradition.

I would presume that the hebrew names of Yeshua ben Nazareth and Yesuah ben Nun are easily confused

though Jesus could of been a real person, I feel he could of been just a conglomeration of many people...A character type person, just as the early Christian knew and also the pagans and Gnostic's....and of course persecuted for saying so.

Yes, I believe many things were not translated quite right...Though some purposely, others not...Besides it's hard to translate from one language to the other, but you would think that a name would of been easy enough...Hmmmm....Though Hebrew is a tough one to translsate.

Nice link earlier dj. I never said Jesus wasn't changed a ton by Christians. And I realize people like Horus and Dyonisius were around before him, but I'll maintain that I think a Jesus of Nazareth walked the earth. Not the son of God, not anything liek scripture perhaps....but at least here.

I'd give the Church even more credit (or maybe less, depending on how you view it) for starting a religion based off of someone who never existed.

people?????

yeah I agree with that, that a man named jesus or something similar and that he might have come from Nazareth.
I think this man preached against the establishment at that time especially the religious one challenging them with his ideology of equality.........thats where it ends though.....nothing but an ideology that if they wanted to promote it to a wider audience they needed to add mythology to it or else it wouldn't gain any attention nor interest among the masses.
I look at christianity as the biggest marketing stunt in mans history

True, it wouldn't of worked unless they made him a god/divine which didn't happen officially until around 324 AD......Adding so many mythologies to him when you see the similarities only confirms what the church did.

Jesus existed.

Yeah, only by people as confused as you are.
who is the one who is confused, the one who thinks for himself and believe thereafter or the one who have to go to sermon in a congregation to be told how and what to believe

If you are only refering to christians then I agree with you. Most of them are confused because they depend on Sunday sermons to teach them how to believe and behave. The church is there for upliftment and support and guidence. The Bible is our source of how we should believe. There is a scripture in the NT that says that it is not neccesary for us to be taught by any man but that the Holy Spirit will teach us every thing we need to know through the Bible which is the word of God.

Though the Bible never calls it's self the word of god.

word of god according to you

If you are only refering to christians then I agree with you.
and you do not believe in this christ then

Exactly, to christians it is the word of God and that is our belief, just like the Koran is a Holy Book to Moslems. It will never be the word of God to unbelievers or sceptics like yourself and that is quite fine with me because you choose what you want to believe.

this indicate you aint a christian

this indicate that you are a christian........................and you called me confused 😂 😂

Maybe it has something to do with the Holy Ghost.....only true believers can have the holy ghost....the others are not truly following gods instruction.

2 Tim3:16-17 "All scipture is given by inspiration of God, .......17 That the man of God may be perfect, thoughly furnished unto all good works."

Matt 4:4 (Jesus was speaking here) "But He answered and said, It is written, man shall not live by bread alone but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God."
