top 10 in order:
lebron james
vince carter/kobe bryant/dwyane wade
allen iverson/kevin garnett
tracy mcgrady
steve nash
dirk nowitzki/tim duncan
gilbert arenas
shaq
chris bosh
paul pierce
Vince carter won't even make the all-nba team.
Not to mention you have McGrady over nash/duncan/dirk who has also been known to say he's played in games where he hasn't tried and has never made it out of the 1st round. I lost a lot of respect for both vince and t-mac, that's quite pathetic and they'll never be known as great players.
Nash is the best player in the league, and will win MVP again. He has single handedly made role players like boris diaw into the next scottie pippen.

first off, just calm the **** down, you are being an ass, if you dont agree with my opinion, just say so, no need to say names... and i do think steve nash will probably be the this year's mvp...but i dont see how you can say that neither vince nor t-mac will ever be great players.
Originally posted by tanjotyeah i agree you are being quite the ass, and i would too definetly put Vince and Mcgrady over nash, Dirk and Tim Ducan, any day...ANY DAY!!!!! but of course my OPINOIN. Skill wise and talent wise, Nash and Dirk aren't as good Mcgrady and Vince, and Tim Duncan is another position, so you cant really compare.

Nash is no way ,the best player in the league, best point guard yes, but Kobe ****in owns the NBA, and im not sayin that because he scored 81, he won championships, back to back, more then one MVP for playoffs and all-star games, yeah he had Shaq when he won those championships, but he is still the best player in the league, Nash has always been around great players, i would like to see how well he does on a team like the Hawks, which without Kobe, the Lakers would be argueably comparable to. Nash when he played for Dallas, had Michel Finley and Dirk Nowitzki. now playing for the suns, he has Shawn Marion and Amare Stoudemire, and i guess Boris Diaw. im not bashing Nash at all, but hes not the best player in the league, i dont know where your getting that from. please explain your opinoin
Originally posted by MugenLOL...... first off get your facts straight son, don't say shit if it's not true. Kobe has NEVER ever won an MVP award in the finals or regular season. Ya nash has been around great players, boris diaw lol, Ya boris is way better than shaq, kobe has never been near great players. How about eddie jones, nick van exel, shaq, horry, glen rice, ron harper ETC. withotu shaq, kobe has done nothing and never will.

Boris isn't exactly a great player, and amare has been out all year, yet they're winning over 70% of their games, while kobe will miss the playoffs for the 2nd straight year, kobe donest' make any players better at all.

They're not even top 200 of all time, and will never win a title, Duncan has lead his teams to 3 titles and counting, that's as many as Shaq. Dirk and Nash have both been to the western finals at least once, how many times have vince and t-mac been there? Tha'ts right 0. It's about winning, maybe some day you'll understand that.

So since talent wise, Bird or Magic aren't as good as t-mac and vince they're worse players, is that what you're saying? Your logic is hideous, please use some facts.
Originally posted by tanjotSimple, they both admit they quit during games in the past, both are tweeners, always getting hurt, and neither have the will to be great. They're not winning players and never will be. All they do is score basically and don't play defense, and don't make their teammates better. Guys with their ability should be TOP defensive players in the league, not average. T-mac has some issues, and dones't even really care about winning at all, just listen to him at the all-star break even, and we all know vince is even worse.

look.... nash... yeah hes always had good players with him... but look at teh suns the season before he joined? they didnt that well.. then nash joined and teh team put up a pretty good record... one of the best that year was'nt it? he may not be the best player in the league... but he adds more to a team than anyone else.
whether hes mvp this year i'm not gonna say... because i dont think anyoe in particular deserves it over anyone else. if the lakers get in the playoffs? maybe kobe should get it... wades played great but hes got a good supporting cast... nash? well hes just doing what he did last year but without amare... which deserves attention... dirk? hes done well leading this mavs team, which has started evolving after nash left. billups, hes another point gaurd who plays well and adds to the team, hitting big shots, another scoring option, and a good passer and defender.
fabled hero... im surprised to see you saying that vince will never win a title with such confidence considering the nets have beaten detroit, cleveland, miami where vince always somehow has a great game, and have gone into a very close game in the final minutes with the spurs without richard jefferson..so i think u need to re-think ur logic as well. i know new jersey will make the playoffs FOR SURE and im pretty damn sure they will make it to the second round unlike last year because shaq is not playing as well as he was last year and the heat made a big mistake by giving up damon jones who was very deadly from behind the 3 point line against the nets in the first round of the playoffs last year. after reading this, i want what should be your new opinion on vince carter and the nets. ill give you the point about t-mac, because now it seems as if it is his time for injuries and off the court distractions.
the nets wont get past the pistons or the heat, i think theres too many weapons on them for the nets to handle. miamis a better team than last year... they havent clicked too badly... and zo is playing more liek teh old days(wish he coulda stayed in toronto🙁), toines not doing to badly... jason williams has been very good to watch, shaq ia still as deadly as ever if underrated and wade is... well wade.

I don't even know how you even forgot to mention Malone and Payton.
Anyway, I agree that Nash is better than McGrady and Carter. And as for the Duncan thing, I don't think he is top 10 of all time but for sure top 50 and maybe in the top 20.

ok down to business.......
Kobe hasnt won a finals MVP, i exageratted that lol 😛 , but all in all i still think that Mcgrady, maybe not neccesarily Vince (i'll let tanjot handle that) is better then Nash. Now im saying that in the context that if they guarded each other, Mcgrady would win, he has alot on Nash, but it more or less comes down to your definition of a "better player." mentioning things like making other players better is meritable, but thats in the context of leadership, leaders do that. Leadership is the biggest role in basketball, yes, but thats not all that defines a great player, which seem to be the only good point you've made so far. but moving on, you said earlier that Mcgrady and Vince will never be known as great players, but you made a little list including Glen Rice, Ron Harper, and Eddie Jones etc......... so your gonna tell me all of them are better players than Vince and T-Mac? im gonna ask everybody i know this question and i'll bring you the results. 😎
and about Bird and Magic..... as a matter of fact im just gonna leave that alone.
now for calling me an idiont i think you need to go back and reread your post, and all consider that everyones views and opinion on this thread are just that, VIEWS AND OPINIONS, your acting like im said im right and everyone else is wrong, all i did was share my opinion, and shit i wasn't even being serious about it either. But i guess that against the law in your world huh?
Originally posted by MugenObviously i'm joking about boris, of course you forgot what your post was, saying Nash has all these great players, and Kobe didn't? Boris was nothing before steven nash transformed him into scottie pippen.

of course you'll leave the bird/magic assessment alone because you can't make a meritable response. You were caught off guard and now realize your knowledge is flawed.
Your social skills definately lack, you can't even tell when i'm being sarcastic etc, or what i'm trying to convey. I was talking about how Kobe has alwyas had a terrific supporting cast during those 3 championships, and you act as if he was the main reason for them HAH, i have 4 letters for you S H A Q.

what do u mean nash transformed boris diaw into the next scottie pippen??? boris is on my fantasy team and is having near triple double games every game but i wont go so far as to say that he can be as good or great as scottie pippen. this is a part of my point in another post about d-wade...that without shaq, he will probably average about..17ppg, 5rpg, 4asp, shoot 44% from the field instead of 50%..will attempt less free throws, and so on...
