Only way I can see them doing anything now is by enlisting Death's help again which I can see him doing to put an end to all this and put down allot those souls that had made it to purgatory. Plus this could also be how Death will one day reap god as he'd told Dean he would come to.
Rest of season 6 was pretty good but the last two episodes sucked ass. Sam's memories of hell should have destroyed any amount of a psyche he had left. N Ben n Lisa are Dean's only glimmer of hope. He needs them or there's hard any point anymore to remain even somewhat human IMO And I really can't stress enough how much I hate the idea of Cas as the villain after all he's been willing to do for Dean
From a story-telling standpoint, it makes sense to cast Castiel as next season's big bad. I mean, Crowley mentioned it himself a few episodes back. Who else is there left to fight after Yellow-Eyes, Lilith, Lucifer, and that pathetic Mother? Having Castiel as a villain will potentially reap the most dramatic/suspenseful moments.
Dean shoulda just said yes to Michael under the conditions that he protect Lisa, & Ben & do everything in his power to keep sam from becoming Lucifer's vessel. He even told Dean he'd make sure to put him back good as new and not leave him in the shape some of the other angels left their vessel's.
I mean yea Lucifer n Michael would've eventually fought but its been said repeatedly Michael would win and without his true vessel Lucifer couldn't have had that good of a chance againist him anyway. Yea half the planet might die in the battle but so? The people who are suppose to go to heaven will and the ones going to hell will too. I mean everyone ends up where they deserve to be and they're all going to end up there sooner or later anyway right?
Michael and other angels might be dicks but that doesn't mean they're wrong. I really don't see how this is really such a hard decision. I get they wanted it to be to add to the climax of the series but its really just not nearly as tough as they'd like to make it out to be.
And its total bs Sam is just coping, even with as much trouble as we've seen, with his memories of hell. I mean he was in the hell of hell, the absolute worst part being constintly tormented by Lucifer we can assume. There should be no coping with that, atleast damn sure not instantly, several people even said it would be unbearable and unthinkable to have that soul and its memories forced back down into Sam.
Also so is everyone just not gonna do anything to try and figure out how to save Adam? He's like the most innocent person in all this and he's still totally 100% in the cage with Lucifer and Michael. Does trying to do the right thing and stop the devil suck in pay offs or what?

That's the difference between being a good guy and being an angel.
no apocalypse means saying no to michael, simple as that imo.
I can't help but wonder how this'll all end...I don't want supernatural to end cause I love it, already smallvilles gone from my Saterday TV shows and I really got into that in probably...season 8 but I didn't just wanna watch season 8 and go from there, so I started all the way from season 1 watching them season by season and then there were just 2 seasons left anyways.
