no, i dropped the speed thing, what i was arguing was that either it was a draw or storm won. storm, having already dodged cykes blast from 90 feet away or less has more than a chance to dodge it again(i am not using this as only one thing, but the fact that she has dodged more dangerous things from closer distances before). also the fact that cyke has to hit storm spot on to win, and storm only needs to hit somewhere near him gives her an edge.

she has always been able to do it, but doesn't like to due to the fact that it could be hazerdous to a humans body. though soon indeadly genesis, storms powers are used to shut down a brain current.

* whoa... you said you dropped the "speed" thing, yet you still argue that if it's not a draw, Storm will win... now, that's neat... you had just conceded the "speed" thing, so Cyke's blast is faster, how will Storm win then? if Cyke can blast her first?
* yes, Cyke needs to hit Storm to win, and man! is it hard for Cyke to do it? discharging a blast with a circumference larger than Storm herself, game over... 😮💨

Hell, it wouldn't take that long.
One of his normal, steel wall-shattering blast could easily kill her. In less than a second. He doesn't even need to lift his hand to his visor to do it either. He can either hit the button on his glove with his finger, or he could just open his visor psionically, like he's been shown to be able to do.
But for the sake of argument, we can just go with the finger-button. For now.
But the way this match is set up I think Cyclop's does have the slight advantage. In all honesty, it's tailor made for him really. Start them any further apart and Storm wins. And also, let's not underestimate Storm either. She knows Cyclops just as well as he knows her. This really doesn't come down to any physical or strategic superiority on his part. He can blast faster.
And just to play devil's advocate (and forgive me if this has already been debated and debunked), but doesn't storm have shields? I doubt they are strong enough to withstand one of Cyke's serious blasts, but would it be strong enough to save her from a standard blast?
