We are obviously from 2 different cultures........when anyone does the aforementioned and causes a problem it becomes my problem in USA ....taxes, healthcare, traffic, homicides, police etc people have certain choices and I won't get into all the individual pieces but when it becomes big enough for our govt to step in it becomes my problem.
