In several pages back, LB was talking about my statement about certain things always being wrong. Such as murder. But, is murder always wrong? And what makes something murder? (Don't spoonfeed me some definition off of dictionary.com; I'm well aware of what murder is defined as.)

What is it? Killing a fetus, killing a person, killing an animal? And if a punishment is enacted involving death, does that make it murder? Or is it justice?

(It is justice, in my opinion.)

This is where the rights to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness conflict. I think that everyone is entitled to these rights. However, there comes a point when one loses one's rights (namely, the right to life). Does the murderer have the right to life? Does a fetus? Does a murderer have the right to liberty? Does he have the right to pursue happiness now that he has harmed another person's right to life and more people's pursuits of happiness?

(No. He or she has lost these rights.)

Yes, if people can have abortions, then there should be a death penalty. Why do liberals get to have all the fun? Atleast we're killing criminals here!

So unless you giveup your baby-killing, we won't give up our Judge Dredding!

It was fun for me to look up justice and revenge they are one in the same.......so for anyone that uses the revenge comment the judicial system alrready has that in practice thanks🙂

So yes, perhaps capital punishment kills an innocent man 1 out of 1,000 times.. (At that a lethal injection is hardly all that bad. It's quick and painless..)

But you guys ritualy slaughter innocent creatures from the womb, watching with your cold dead eyes as you rip out a life from the woman's body, snapping bone and cartlidge, leaving your gloves bloody and full of inhummanity.. SpellJammer only wishes you had been the one to be aborted, instead of someone who might actually give a damn..
