No. God created them; therefore they are his children. I think as long as they believe, they will go to Heaven.

Everyone goes to the same place regardless...

Yes but no worse than Jealosy or Jay-walking.

All sin is equal.

All mistakes can be forgiven by faith in Christ.

(If you were looking for the Bible answer, which I thought you were)

Whether or not some random religion dubs homosexuality as a 'sin' or somehow derogatory, I don't give a flying f*ck.

When they start manipulating the government... amendments against gay marriage... then it's time to stop.

I ask most people this when they ask a question about something being a sin. First off, is this coming from a christian standpoint? Because if so, yes, it is a sin.

If certain people believe that being gay is a sin, and other people believe that being gay isn't a sin, is it a sin? Can it be a sin even though not everyone sees it as such? Should it be a sin because certain religions see it to be a sin?

I think that homosexual is neithor. It is not a sin, and at the same time it is, because everyone believes differently.

I agree. I don't think religion should have a say in the gay marriage issue. We don't live our lives by the Bible, and it's about time our world leaders stopped using the Bible as their own personal guidebook.

well, if people would actually READ the bible completely through, you would see that sexuality is not a sin. the race of man are all equal in the eyes of god.

No, acting upon the feeling is...

How can a person act on feelings they don't have? If a person is sexually attracted to the same sex, they would want to act on those feelings. If the person thought that the way they were feeling was wrong, and wanted to be attracted to the opposite sex, how can they, if they feel no attraction?

It's called a sin...along with all the other abominations.....Even women wearing mens clothers is an abomination unto the Lord. Det. 22:5

Guess I should take my pants off. 😱

Everything is a sin according to the Bible.

That's the thing some people are missing. If the Bible says it's a sin, then it is a sin. End of discussion.

Aha! But if the law doesn't say that being gay is a sin, it can't be a sin. 😉

😆 nice

When I say "sin", I refer to what this topic creator meant. She refers to a biblical sin. If the Bible says it is sinning, then the answer to her question is "yes".

This doesn't mean homosexuality is actually wrong though. It just means that the Bible says it is a sin. This should have no bearing on our laws though.

Can anyone post what verse in the bible it says people can't be gay?
