Look! There's the Rainbow bus........Hurry.....

According to the bible... yes, and sins are a concept from the bible only, so there is no other point of view in this case.

crap, in the previous post, i meant to say "i am jewish" not "i'm not jewish". shit, that makes more sense.

Yes, homosexuality is a sin. It's written in the book that most of the free world seems to agree is truth.

Do I have a problem with homosexuals? No. Several of my friends have chosen that lifestyle...they are not bad people...not for their sexual preference anyway. lol.

I believe in free will. I believe in God. God gave us free will and that includes who we choose to give ourselves to, body & mind, heart & soul. sometimes...we can't help who we love the most.

That's right, you can't help it. Sometimes it's who you least expect.

Though freewill does go against much scripture.

Perhaps, but it's something that God has given me...and everyone. Despite if it got lost somewhere in the translation.

I have to ask. If it was "lost in translation", how do you know God gave it to you to begin with?

Because I have it...

It is actually quite debatable whether we have free will or not.

Not to mention there are several things that you have that God did not give you.

How can you say that we dont' have free will? That's like saying that we don't exist.

Plus, please....tell me what God didn't give me. I'm curious.

😄

That's very contradictory.

You say your friends have chosen a homosexual lifestyle, but then go on to say that one cannot help who they love - in other words, they can't choose who they're attracted to, and therefore don't choose to be homosexual.

No no...it is not contradictory. You can fall in love with someone of the same sex. That does not mean you have to choose that lifestyle. You can choose a heterosexual lifestyle.

Should we deny what we feel? Sometimes denying some emotions is the right thing and sometimes it's not. It all depends on you and what you want for yourself.

I speak from personal experience on that one. I loved someone, but it was the wrong situation. We're still close friends, but I let that desire to be with her alone. I have chosen another life for myself.

How are you going with that?
Must be hard..

I can say we may not have free will because there is no real proof that we do.

He didn't give you a...*thinks of some random item*..computer.

But he created the person who invented it, did he not?

Depends on what you believe.

Logically, no he didn't.

No, it's not as hard as I thought it would be. She still loves me and I still love her. We are still best friends, but like I said...she's in a situation that doesn't allow us to be any more than friends. Even if her situation changed...I think it would be best that we never be together. I have chosen a different path as well...one that she can't go on with me.

There is more than one person out there in the world to love. I'll always be her best friend and she'll always be mine. We'll always be there for each other, but she's got her life and I've got mine. It just wasnt' meant to be. I still like men...though they don't seem too find of me. They tend to be downright mean to me....but...it's either a man who likes to live in the jungles of Africa or alone. doesn't matter much to me.

He helped me to get the job that bought me the computer. And naming some worhtless temporal item is lame. Name something worth it. Name something that you can take with you.

Well, you said name something he didn't give you, so I did.

A pen is quite portable. How's that sound?
