Yes, being gay and living an active lifestyle is a sin. It is unnatural and against the ordinance of the purposes of God's creation of MALE and FEMALE...To be fruitful and multiply (fruitful meaning good and acceptable in the sight of God). When He created everything in the beginning...HE SAW THAT IT WAS GOOD. God is not the author of confusion--the Devil is. Everything God has designed for mankind, Satan, disrupts and perverts it. The Book of Deuteronomy, along with other supporting scriptures, clearly spells out God's hate and disgust towards same sex lust and interaction....IT IS AN ABOMINATION UNTO HIM. The same impulse (temptation) that a person has to lie, steal and cheat is the same one that a person has to fornicate, lust, and covet. They are innate sins of the flesh (of the spirit of wickedness). However, the Bible says that for EVERY TEMPTATION, GOD HAS MADE A WAY OF ESCAPE (That's through our Savior Jesus Christ!!).
There are sins of the flesh that will deny one a place in the Kingdom of God to live for eternity, and there are flaws (disabilities) in the flesh that won't...those that cannot be helped or that God will not judge. For example: a man born blind, lame, deaf/mute, mentally incapacitated, or any other serious illness or genetic disease will not be judged for that, neither will it exclude Him from Eternal Heavenly hope with God. However, sins of the flesh that will certainly disqualify a soul are: adultery, fornication (both heterosexual and homosexual), whoremongers, the effiminate, liars, idolators, covetousness, murderers, thieves, extortioners, etc)...and those that take pleasure in them that do them. Simply put, if you are not gay, but condone or advocate it, God will charge you as guilty by the same measure! The point I'm trying to make is this...STOP using the Adamic nature of man as an excuse to live a life of sin and perversion.
YOU DON'T HAVE TO BELIEVE OR ACCEPT IT NOW....BUT YOU WILL AT THE DAY OF JUDGEMENT (When there is no way of escape, and it is everlasting too late). I'd rather obey God than man....stop allowing sinful flesh to lead you down a path of unrighteousness...their laws and your civil liberties mean ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO THE LORD!!

Myth or no myth, how would you know that there is no such place as Hell? Ever been there before? You won't know until you die...by then, it will be too late for you to tell me whether it does or does not exist or what it's like...(for this wisdom of man is FOOLISHNESS TO GOD)!
