Man, Nintendo owned at the Game Developer's Conference.
1) New 2d mario game for the DS. Awesome. (Coming out in May)
2) New Zelda game for the DS. Another awesome.
3) Lastly, you know can play Sega Genisis games, and Turbographix 16. That's awesome.
I think Nintendo is getting thier head of out thier asses. Even if people dont like Nintendo products, a library of over 1000 Genesis titles is amazing.
I think they're seriously going to bite into Sony's casual gaming market.
Also, the DS is outselling the GBA when it got first released, especially in Japan. As of right now, Sony and MS will never topple Nintendo in the handheld market.
hopefully it does but im not setting my expectations high. i just dont see the new controller working, i mean it would awesome if it revolutionized gaming, but i just dont see it happening. maybe its just cuz ive only ever used controllers, i dont play games at arcades or even on my computer, so im sort of biased.
That's kinda of obvious.
But it's Nintendo, their game will never be M rated. I like the idea of them getting Capcom and other developers to make games that are for older people.
But really, give me Super Mario Brothers 3 over any other M rated game out there. (Except PC FPS)
I get really sick about people complaing that Nintendo is for kids. Who ****ing cares. The gameplay is one of the best.
I know.
And I said, its still an controller.
The reason I said, "what does that have to do with anything", is a comment to you because you said, " I dont see it working, because I've only used console controllers"
See where I'm coming from?
The revoultion controller still is an controller. It operates like any other controller. The only difference is that its motion sensitive. So, you can wave it around and point to the TV with it. It's not very complicated. They'res buttons on it. So, Im pretty sure that you can operate it. Unless pointing at something is a very difficult thing for you.
lol no, i see where your coming from.
im just saying this is a different type of controller than im used to, thats basically why i said i dont see it working. honestly, i was sort talking out of my ass, i didnt realize they had made it motion sensitive. i dont plan on buying any of these consoles until they've been out for a couple years, so i havent read anything about them.
i just thought that it was two things to hold instead of one, and without holding it in my hands i couldnt see how that would work. now that i know its motion sensitive, it makes a lot more sense. it seems like a great idea, i hope it works out.
i didnt mean to come off as a dick, i apologize for that.
Here are Nintendo Revolutions Final Specs or what should roughly be in a REV ✅
