USH'S ORIGINAL TRILOGY GAME EPISODE I 'LANZAR'- Rebel Alliance Thread

Well, actually, Galahad is going to call you all together soon; I am trying to hurry his bit along.

OK I did some work
and check this out, this is some of our goals and how to do it.

"I have no doubt of that," Galahad chuckles. "Well, shouldn't be too difficult, for a man of your talents."

Galahad looks around. "Say, where is the Guildmaster, anyhow?"

"In the Central Guild Chamber, thinking things over."

Andran looks like he is thinking things over himself. He turns away from you, and walks slowly across the room.

"What do you make of the rumours that the Empire will intervene, Senator?"

"Personally, I have heard that the Emperor would like nothing more than to bring Lanzar to its knees," Galahad says, "and maybe more. That is to say, I find it likely."

"I am sure you do. You did not turn up until you were sure, did you?"

"I did have other things to attend to, but hearing that the Empire seeks to destroy Lanzar made it a tad more urgent that I come," Galahad says. "If your mission succeeds...it would not go down well with the Senate if stormtroopers marched against Drakkon."

"I see," says Andran. He sighs.

"You've taken a great risk by coming here. Are you sure you know what you are doing?"

"Positive. The Empire wouldn't dare hurt a Senator or disrupt the mission."

"Unless they thought it was worth their while. That depends on what you do whilst you are here- you and your... 'unusual' associates you have brought with you? You should tread very carefully indeed."

"I know, Corran," Galahad says. "I would not want to do anything that would endanger Lanzar by any means..."

...unless it'll stop the Empire... Galahad thinks to himself.

"Somehow I suspect you would, again, if it was worth your while," says Andran. "After all, every side has its opposite, doesn't it?"

He turns back.

"You didn't come all this way just to watch. You're too dedicated a man for that. I know why you are here. And it means there is trouble coming."

He sighs.

"You will be wanting to see Drakkon?"

"Yes," Galahad says.

(Is Andran a member of the Rebellion?)

You don't know. You don't think so, because that raises all kinds of issues, but it's not as if you have an exhaustive list of members; it's very secretive.

"I'll arrange it," says Andran. "But he won't be interested in one lone politician, no matter how well renowned- their understanding of politics is basic. If you want to show him what you represent, I'd show your entire hand."

(Ah, I love 1984...the whole Brotherhood thing...no list of members...well, we'll know later, I'm sure...)

"I intend to, Senator, and you have my thanks," Galahad says, with a slight, formal bow.

(And I've decided that Galahad looks like Michael Ripper...)

Heh...

Ok then, you have a meeting with Drakkon in 30 minutes, and Andran has advised that you all show up.

Indeed.

Galahad will take out his comlink and send quick private messages to instruct the members of our party to meet up at Drakkon's lodge.

Kai quickly goes over to the others around the bar, telling them of the meeting. "Pack up. We've got a meeting". He then leaves and walks for Drakkons Lodge.

Rhys recieves the message from Galahad, pays the bartender for his and Frank's drinks, thanks him for his time, and goes to leave, presumably with Frank behind him.

(Do we know where Drakkon's lodge is?)

Shouldn't be hard to find. It is, after all, the government building.

Scarlet will head for Drakkon's complex.
