From the view of a Senator who has nothing at all to do with Rebels and has no idea why the Imperials shot them down *cough*, the blockade is unprovoked and completely uncalled for, and resulted in the deaths of innocent traders.
If they cite that they were supplying Rebel terrorists or whatnot, I will demand to see proof of such terrorists.
Any Law rolls I could make to define what really is wrong with the blockade being formed?
Youll be interested in hearing the reason they give. But any reason they give has to be:
a. Appropriate- i.e. a situation where a blockade would be somethign that would deal with it
b. Credible- there has to be backing for it
c. Sustainable- It has to be reasonable that maintaining it for any amount of time is worthwhile.
(True. So, who's going into the jungle with me? There has to be something we can do out there to give the Imperials a hard time. Even if Tptmanno1 is wrong about a system to keep out jungle life, there has got to be some kind of temporary infrastructure, like generators, food storage, etc. Messing that up will be HUGE. Perhaps we can masquerade as Stormtroopers! It's worked before... or in the future, or something like that. 😛 Even some limited Geurilla warfare might be possible with Osokans.)
So we've got Cass, Kyle, Eerin, and Scarlet on the 'Attack the camp!' plan.
Rhys and the Duchess are seeing Vormax.
I'm doing my thing.
(just organizing and keeping track)
Well, I will keep the ABC of Blockade Protesting in mind. Not sure what else I can do to protest other than say that their excuses are unsound. I don't have any evidence against them.
(Ugh. What can we do about that? I'm guessing there's no way to contact the incomming ship(s) before they arrive. Could someone possibly get a message to them just as they get here, but before they get to the blockade? Like someone in a ship waiting for them. Hmm...
Other than that, is there anything else we need to plan for before the jungle raid?)
