That's not a necessity. What I am saying is:
- If you go to follow the Last Laugh, that leaves a sensor gap around the area you are meant to be
- If you plug that gap by launching fightrers in maintenance, that means at some future point there will be gap as those fighters will need maintenance later at the same time as other fighters
