Your last comment refers to seizing warehouses by armed forces, yes? I assume my agents can record the evidence themselves, and take samples?
And seizing Last Laugh in this situation is a completely legal action, right?
How much time until I can meet with Senators, and what is the chance I can speak with one or two in private?
So I would like the Stormtroopers to seise the warehouse, though refrain from hostilities if possible- if it seems like someone will try to oppose them with armed force, they should withdraw and wait for further orders. It would be best if one of the capable Commanders leads the action. We would inform the Osokan authorities as well, and try to appear like we do our best to cooperate with them. Stormtroopers can act like this on Imperial World after all those emergency laws Palpatine passed in the Senate?
"I wish to have those rebels caught, Captain Trebeis. Cooperate with ground forces if they escape on the surface. It would be a great asset to take them alive. And congratulations on work well done." -Melkor sends message to Trebeis, and similar to General Atar. My secretary is ordered to act as intermediate between me and Fleet Command, and to watch the events there.
I would like to speak with Senators as soon as possible. I will spend Luck during the extended Observation as I interract with them, trying to see if any could be the Andran`s weak link.
Last Laugh just plunged into the atmosphere. It is lucky it didn't break up right there and then.
No need to RP out the warehouse raid. It will happen soon. Do remember that you don't really have many troops in the city, though having a Commander around increases it.
The giant Osokan seems to have been clamed somewhat by something the Duchess whispers in his ear. Ht then yells out "None of us should have accepted that challenge!"
Various Senatorial staff members are coming out now and inviting the General and the Commissar inside.
The engagement is effectively over. Remaining targets return to the city and are offered shelter there; it Last Laugh did anything, it kept you away from the smuggler's ships long enough.
Not long after, however, thinbgs grow a little more complicated. Commodore Nidar contacts you, Trebeis, and puts you in touch with the surface.
"Senator Andran wants to discuss matters with the person responsible for enforcing the blockade," he explains.
The raid goes perfectly. The weapons are seized. The properly belongs to a Lodge Master who goes to ground almost immediately. Not in Drakkon's hands, sadly, but this action proves that there is an active anti-Imperial resistance on Lanzar. Justification for invasion is increased.
Vader's anger is temporarily lessened, but his desired result was for the blockade to become permanent. He still wants that done ASAP. Your trail on the weapons is cold now, and the second shipment... well, that's already sailed, and the Rebels bungled it. But it has been bungled so openly that there is now nothing to expose, and the technicalities of the situation are still against you; the Senare won;t condemn Drakoon just for buying weapons, thougb there is trouble that he harbours people who breached the blockade.
But it won't do. Galahad's conversation with the task force was cut short by the Commissar, and as a result a protest has been lodged with the Senate. The blockade- even more now you have no intelligence about any other shipments- is on a short life span. Normally it takes the Senate ages to do anything, but those bastard Senators down there are exploting the situation too well.
New orders, then, for team sneaky. Get that blockade secured. Find any damn reason on the planet that you can.
Okay. This is going to be interesting.
Do we know the name of the Guild Master who owned this warehouse? If we know that, we can probably ask around and try and find others who are sided with him. We should also probably try and find out who is sided with Drakkon, and see if there's anyone who's on both lists.
I also would, if it is at all possible, to find out if Drakkon has any other properties and to check them out.
Ooooh, and check out what we can on Mr. Big Pig that's at Drakkon's hall now.
Those tunnels we followed here from the original warehouse - did they go anywhere else from there?
"What challenge are you talking about?" -Commisar demands an answer.
Can I contact my contact in the Senate to battle the accusations?
We accuse Drakkon of trying to hide the truth of the situation on Lanzar, example being the fact that I can`t contact the opposition. And of preparing to war and hiding illegal weapons.
They are part of a wide transit system, Rylis- too hard to simply search all the way through.
You can't ask around because you don't know the language.

Doesn't look like they are willing to involve others in the convo, Melkor.
As for the Senate, the situation is as it is and there's nothing to change. Further blockade is exceptionally flimsy. It's even worse, because a hash has been made of it, as well become apparent soon.
Incidentally, your accusation that Drakkon is hiding the treuth from you would fail spectaculary. I wouldn't try that line.
