My clue was this:

"A rescue mission would require people to prep, have an insertion/escape plan, requires having a suitable nuimber of armed forces available form the task force that have not been deployed to the army... all stuff that takes prep time and work."

To which the reasonable answer- also to my qwuestions like 'what forces?' would have been... hang on, we DO have all of that!
