Hey - we're not criminals, we stop the criminals! Just in a bit more vigilante-esque way 😛
Though really, what does Atar think we're going to do, start killing his troops at random? We're mercernaries, not insane...
But if Atar's going to be stubborn, I suppose Rylis and Arvus will have to sit out on this one...and if anything goes wrong, then we can plant the blame on him because he refused to let us go on the shuttles.
Ha, I thought that they could be treated as super-quality commandos in strike team...... -But I am not supposed to deal with such matters? It may be seen as too much interference, and it is not like Commisar is expert on strictly military matters.....
So, Commisar has called the strike team, and he is trying to get out of the building, alongside Travis and Lyle?
{Well, my real life girlfriend was just teasing me, claiming that it is indeed the waste to send the strike team for Commisar, it should be send to capture Drakkon, while Esgabath sacrifices himself for greater good of Empire, because "I am sure that Emperor will find somebody else to replace you." 🙄
Frankly, she doesn`t seem to like my Commisar, and claims that "Osokans are such cute piggies, they should be left to roam free and hunt for Raptors as much as they want."
So, do you think that I should tolerate such obvious rebel symphatizers so close to me? 😕 ( well I know I should be posting such staff in general discussion, but I cannot do this because of containing spoilers for Rebel Thread).}
It's no surprise to me that Atar wouldn't want to work with Rylis and Arvus. People like him that are commanders or generals usually only trust their stormtroopers, thus the "grudge" against mercenaries. Remember, you work for the person who pays you, which preety much means that if the Rebels bribed you into double crossing the Empire, you would preety much do it 😉
Strike team is your only chance of survival right now, i'm afraid. However, that preety much lowers our chances of capturing Drakkon by ALOT.
Well, it means that his capture would have to wait for the actual battle. I remember that Vader made you responsible for capturing Guild Hall, Jaiden. Rylis and Arvus can still help, they could land their ships after shield generator is destroyed.
Which reminds me, what is the detailed plan for actual battle? Star Destroyers are supposed to help with destroying the shield, right?
If Esgabath survives this current mess and political situation is dealt with, he will call a meeting of officers, and expects to hear detailed plans for the battle of Lanzar.
Vader made me responsible for capturing the Guild Hall? I remember you saying something about that, but Jaiden never had an encounter with Vader.
The plan is that we get inside, set artillery around the place, blow the shields, and then we start sending in stormtroopers in each sector along with AT-AT's and other heavy units. Don't know about Star Destroyers thought.
OOC: Hahaha, you make your girlfriend give you advice on a Star Wars RPG you play? Doesn't she think your a *gasp*geek!*gasp*
😛

I have found it for you Jaiden, and it took me several minutes.....
(And my gilrfriend is actually a role-player as well, and she has even been trying gamemastering recently. She was playing briefly in one of Ush`s games and perhaps will join the PT game as Jedi when it is launched again).
Well, in this situation we have to wait until the actual battle and destruction of the shield. I think that Drakkon is too proud to escape until the battle is obviously lost, our forces need to cut off the routes of escape from Guild Hall.
But yes, I think that his capture is still the major remaining thing left for Rylis, Arvus and likely Lyle in this episode. Unless you have other ideas? If not, this is what Commisar really wants, besides winning the political situation, but he is mostly dealing with it alone.

It's a pretty old post, nearly a year old.
