(I think Ulrand heard mysterious voices 😗)
Ush, if Rebels still manage to target the artillery, wouldn`t it make Esgabath look a bit like an idiot? Still, it was the job of Navy and Army to think about aircover- I am a poor political officer without Warfare skill!
Okay, concerning the first Vader`s question we can respond that Coll was afraid of his army being targetted after Rebel ships were spotted. And no one expected that Rebels are mad enough to target Star Destroyers. Captains should have forseen such possibility.
Second question -Well, those Rebel pilots apparently have INCREDIBLE skills. Our Tie-Fighters are no match for them unless in great numbers. Our Captains and Squadron Leader didn`t mention how dangerous they are to Commisar.
Really Melkor, you shouldn't be worrying about the causes of you getting blamed. You should be worrying about how to keep our artillery safe. If this invasion fails it will make ALL of us look like idiots.
Jaiden will squint to try to see past the jungle when he sees the end of the forest, just to see if theres anything suspicious.
Yes, always the good tactic this one..... I cannot blame the lack of precautions against Rebel Ships on Commodore as well? Though this is only if Vader inquires too much. I don`t want to alienate Nidar without a good reason.
And Jaiden, I am trying, this entire mess happened because I was worried about artiilery!
Ush, the AT-AT will be one of the first to reach ther shield? If they lower the shield for Rebel ships to enter, cannot they fire as well?

Losing a Star Destroyer is going to be a much bigger deal than losing some artillery.
As for us landing, I had intended for us to not leave our ships while landed in the jungle. And at any rate, if there's anyone here who can deal with the jungle, it's us, considering that Rylis and Lyle are the most combat-capable if I remember correctly.
How about we put the Tie Squadrons near the Star Destroyer, and leave Ulrand near the artillery? And I like Janthis's idea of you guys hovering around near the artillery. The rebels don't know that you suck as pilots, and if they see your irregular and non-Tie FIghter ships, they may think you are some Bounty Hunters with incredible pilot skill.

We don't suck as pilots, we're just not that great 😛Though I kind of like that idea, for one reason, mainly...they'll have to lower the shield to let the Rebels back into the city. If Rylis could possibly fire off a couple of her torpedoes while the shield is down...
Okay, so I'm kinda liking the idea of having Arvus and Rylis stay with the artillery for now. Not only would that help put off any attempts on attacking the artillery (and the Rebel ships would have a penalty for atmospheric flying as well as us, plus we could easily land if needed), but the shield will have to be lowered for the Rebel ships to get back into the city. Rylis's ship has torpedoes. While the shield was down, I could fire off a couple of torpedoes, hopefully either destroying the gate, or at the least heavily damaging it. Or hell, try for the shield generator as well.
What do you think of that, Zink?
