He proved to be extremely easy to control, having surrendered himself completely to the obedience disk.
"GLADIATOR'ING IS AWESOME!!!@!!!@!!!" Surfer fought a weakened Hulk that tried to reason with him... and, like you said, won an asskicking 👆

Abomination is a class 100 character with Hulk level strength. He's a villain who jobs and he doesn't have dynamic strength. He's every bit as strong as Juggernaut.
Your comprehension of a "cheap shot" is right along with you comprehension of the scan discussed above.

Cable had Deadpool remove part of his brain AFTER the fight with Surfer which removed his power. Surfer didn't do anything except Cable playing possum.
