Only reason why he was still concious was probably because adamantium skull was shieling his brains like a helmet. That, and he is stronger then normal human too.

Roughhouse is not close to Class 100 unless you have something to prove it.
Namor was not hitting him with full power, he was trying to talk sense to him during the whole fight in the Invaders saga, and on their earlier fight, Namor put Wolverine on the ground with one kick.

And other than the time at which it happened what is different about the process. An i admit that you are right, Wolverine's entire skeleton system is infact adamantium. However his connective tissue, which is part of his muscular system, is still just that...muscle. That is unless his muscles are also adamantium, i think i missed the issue where he talks about his adamantium glutes and pecs. lol 😆 lol
