okay.. wolverine needs to be be well hydrated, and well fed for his healing factor to work properly... when he lacks his nutrition his healing factor decreases... a serious example of this is when half a dozen bullets knocked him out due to blood loss...
after magneto ripped the admantium out of wolverine his healing factor took a looooonnnnnngggg time to recover... for instance a simple gash in his skin would bleed for minutes instead of healing up in seconds or less as it usually works.
his healing factor only picked up after his body rejected the admantium bonding process that genises attempted on him... after that happened his strength, senses, healing factor, and claw durability all increased as he went ferral....
after that it was a slow and steady road for him to progress back to more of a human state... thus reverting back to the state that he was in before but without the hinderances of a downgraded healing factor...
Originally posted by jinzinThe nutshot incident, while very amusing, wasn't a hostile encounter. Spidey was trying to contain Logan, not rip flesh from his bones. Ripping flesh from bones shouldn't take someone w/Spidey's speed and strength that long. The CIS included thing may be a problem though. Wouldn't Wolvie pass out 1st though if Spidey did the repeated organ/muscle removal tactic? If so Spidey wins by KO and leaves Wolvie to heal
HA! as if you're posts have ever put me at a loss for words or something right?dude what's the damned point.. in order to think that you had to allow for two things.
first you're ignoring the CIS that isn't exempt from these fight remember?
and second, to come to that conclsusion you must think that spidey's spider sense allows him to dodge everything wolverine throws at him in spite of wolverine proving he can hit spiderman multiple times...
if you believe those two things are true in spite of all the evidence that go against them, then no amount of proof, or argument from me can change your mind.. much less an opinion....
not to mention when spiderman DID grab logan he got kicked in the sac for his troubles... 😕.... yeah.. good strategy there...
Originally posted by jinzinI wouldn't go that far. In SWars(No PIS/CIS are far as it concerns Spidey & Wolvie) Wolvie was unable to touch him(Save for getting backhanded). In the graveyard Wolvie scored a grand total of zero hits until Spidey flat out let him tackle him. Spidey felt like he himself was fighting stupid and in slow motion and Wolvie still couldn't connect @ all or even evade Spidey's attacks for that long. If Spidey goes into dumb slugfest mode(Spidey's @ his best here right?), Wolvie's got a good chance @ hitting him(as do Kingpin and many others who are honestly not fast enough to hit Spidey). If Spidey lets Wolvie hit him like he did in the graveyard, Wolvie's got a good chance of hitting him 😆 Spidey @ his best is not getting hit by Wolvie until he's good and tired.
fanboys:wolverine can't touch spiderman..
fact: every hostile encounter between the two says different.

Originally posted by steverulesThat's wonderful. We're talking about Spidey and Wolvie here. She is stronger than Spidey BTW. I think the webbing's held thing for a time to. What happend w/Spidey and Wolvie makes 100% sense though don't you think?
It also showed Rogue getting webbed up and not being able to escape, Rogue who is really strong and possibly stronger than spidey, should have been able to escape it easily.
Originally posted by Tha C-MasterI know. They should realize the authors are trying to entertain and sell books. That's a little more important than making sense all the time to them. This is why Batman can kick Supes a$$ in a book and DS can stab Flash and why Namor punches don't send Wolvie far far away. That stuff won't happen here(No matter how much I don't like Supes🙁)

I could get you probably ten different pictures of Batman taking punches of angry Superman. You would then believe that Batman can do so, would you? And mention this for example if Spider-Man VS Batman fights? I mean, Spidey can only dream of hitting with same kind of punches then a bloodlusted Superman...Batman has recovered from Superman punches in minutes. Would you take this as canon fact? Batman has taken punches from Superman (and other strong characters, like Wonder Woman) over and over and over again.
Or does this rule only apply at Wolverine?

it's called spectra... batman's suit allows for him to take superhuman amounts of punishment.. and it's not as if they are hitting him full force... not as if he's just standing there getting hit either.. he always roles with those punches.... given those circumstances.. he can most certainly take super powered punches from those people.. and yeah I kanbda have to accpet it as cannon fact as it IS cannon fact... 🙄
