~I have never been in a GAP either, what do they have? *searchs internet* 😮~
Karen looked around too, she sorta wished Justice had not come, cause she really wanted to grab a bra too.
~gonna post pics in spoiler thread what she is wearin, they have some nice things 😱~

~Could you show me how to post pics? I really need a sig and pics for all of my characters.~

Karen spotted a nice long sleeve tee, of course some underwear (😛), a pair of jeans, she also grabbed some sneakers, and hoped that they would fit her.
"I'm ready." She said to Justice.

"Cool i'll find you. I have to hop over to that footlocker."with that justice walked down the street and turned into an ant going under the door .he turned the lights one and walked around."Oh yea, some Forces,"He tossed some several pairs of jeans over his shoulder along with some shirt. Just before walking out he grabed all color forces he could find.

Karen continued down the street looking around at the shops.

When Talia and Eli got to the apartment, Talia told one of the chairs to stay outside to let anyone that was in the group know this is where they were.

Justice began to run toward karen."This place is pretty cool.Too bad the others arn't with us"

"I'm gonna head back now, really tired." Karen told Justice.

"Yea.Me too. It's been an long day.I could fly you if you want"

"That would be great." Karen said.

Justice dropped his bags.he walked 40 feet away from karen. he morphes into an Pterodactyl.

"Should I grab your bags?" Karen asked, it was the first time she had seen him turn into such a strange and mysterious thing.

He lifted his head and then lowered it.hopeing she would understand him.

"I will take that as a 'yes'" Karen laughed, grabed his bags, and climbed onto Justices back.

With one flip of his powerful wings they where already ten feet in the air.He had to climb about 30 more feet to see where the group was.after reaching he goal he spoted and chair out side.this was weird,it had to be where they are at.as he landed he hit the ground hard.but it didn't matter.when he shifted into such huge beast it was nothing but extar matter from air him that added on to his form.

Karen jumped off and noticed Jim off to the side.
"Looks like Talia had made her home here then," She said spotting the chair. "I'm gonna head to Shadows building." She left Justices' bags there and went over to Jim. She placed her bag down and manipulated some water off the road, she formed it into a ball and shot it at Jims' face, waking him up.
"Hey, that hurt ya know..." Jim said as he wiped the water off of his face.
"Find a place and get some rest," Karen grabbed her bag. "And if you dare touch Shadow, I swear I will kill you." She headed into the building.

When Talia saw Karen come into the building, she asked her, "So you saw the chair waving for you? I'm a genius."

Eli was smiling and shrugged his shoulders.

Shadow stood in the shower, his body was beginning to bruise from his fight. He ran his hand through his hair and began to wash mud out. His mind ran back over the meeting with his father.

"Welcome back "son"" his father's disapproving voice said to him.

Shadows hands were chained behind his back, four soldiers had their guns trained on him.

"Let's skip the "niceties" shall we pops? Just tell me what the hell is wrong with me?" Shadow demanded as the butt of a gun slammed down on the back of his knee, he fell to his other knee, looking up at his father.

"What's happening to you? Ah yes, well you see. We worked long and hard, bringing out your secondary mutation, training you to fight, even going so far to alter your mind, and yet you still betrayed us...when you had finally found my love, you turned your back on it..."

"Yoir love? That wasn't me. That was some controlled freak that you had programmed in order to do your dirty work. The fact you did that to your own son..."

"The fact that I did that to my own son shows how committed I am to this job. I had to chose one mutant that I could alter so they would do my bidding. Unfortuantly something obviously went wrong and you were able to retain your concious mind.
I am however, smart enough to expect such things and so I installed a couple of failsafes. One was a chip in your head, that would serve to purposes. Firstly, it would let me know where you were at all times. Secondly, it was there to provide a mental copy of me, so that were you on a mission and lost contact the chip would take over and guide you to your objective.
The other failsafe was to be removed after your first successful mission. We injected you with a poison, every time you use your mutant powers, it will attack your body. After we had guarentieed your loyalty, we would inject you with the cure. Destroy the poison and reap the rewards of having our own mutant assassin."

An injection found it's way into Shadow's arm and took some blood.

"I am not entirely heartless, despite what you may believe. I will give you the curtocy of telling you how long you have left. Then prehaps we can come to some sort of arrangement.
I know how strong the will to survive is, so how far are you willing to go? What I want is your friends, you were a failure, so now we're trying a different approach. The area around the camp has been evacuated, and the ammount of police patrolling has been reduced. So what I want is for you to lead an attack on the base and let us capture your friends, bring them to us."

"Never," Shadow spat at his fathers face. His dads fist slammed down hard on Shadow's cheek.

"Six........six months....!?" Came a woman's voice from somewhere to Shadow's left.

His father smiled, "You see you have but six months left - without using any powers, until you die. Bring us your friends, and we can cure the poison, and let your body heal again."

"I will never, ever betray my friends." Shadow spat blood onto the floor next to him, "My death will just inspire the others to fight back. And if you think that I'm going to live as a human, for six months then you are greatly mistaken you bast..." The butt of the gun hit him in the back of his neck and he fell forwards, slowly fading into unconciousness.

"If that's what you truly believe then fine, but the will to survive always beats the instinct of loyalty, You will be back here with your friends. Take him to that town to the south!" And with that shadow was gone

Shadow shook it off, his rage building, he spun and hit the wall with his fist, one of the tiles shattered and fell to the floor. His father had been right, he didn't want to die.

"Very smart." Karen said, she walked past Eli and Talia and looked for an open apartment, she didn't want to do that water changing again. She found an apartment with a door open, she went inside, dropped her bag on the bed and headed for the showers. She got dressed when she was done with her shower and collapsed on the bed. She hadn't slept on a real bed in a very long time and so she fell instantly asleep.

Shadow threw on his dirty clothes and lay down on the bed looking up at the ceiling, he couldn't sleep. Not now, though he knew he needed to rest. He stood up and tore off one of his shirt's sleeves, he drapsed this over the handle of the door so that people would know the room was his and head outside into the streets.
