Massive?I've never seen anyone prove certifiably that Cap had a noticeable strength advantage, let alone a massive one.
that seem logical...... 😕

I was under the impression that darthgoober did it quite definitively.
Yeah I don't really know why there is an argument. Even if we pretend Captain America doesn't have decidedly better strength feats (which he does), we still have hearsay / anecdotal evidence like him stated as having the strength of 10 men, the strength of 20 men, the strength equivalent of "half a platoon of fighting men", Bucky (a peak human) saying Steve is three times as strong and fast as he is, and Cable, who has enhanced strength and speed himself, saying that Captain America is stronger and faster than he is. No one has a problem believing that Deathstroke is significantly stronger than Batman... and Deathstroke has no note worthy strength feats to speak of. One random guy says "Deathstroke has the strength of 20 men," and that is the freaking gospel? Captain America actually has concrete evidence of his strength, and the same pear review / anecdotal / second hand evidence of his strength... so how could that possibly amount to a less compelling argument for his super strength?
Captain America is 2 to 4 times stronger than Batman. I can't speak to anyone else, but that qualifies as a massive strength advantage as far as I'm concerned.

Do you know them ? Give a few examples since you seem so knowledgeable about Batman. K.
He has the standard street level check list, like kick down steel doors, punching people through walls, bending steel bars and breaking hand cuffs / steel chains. His best feats are leg pressing 2,500 lbs, briefly supporting a 1000lbs ceiling with great strain (which he has done more than once), lifting a 20 foot long totem pole a few inches off his legs with no leverage to speak off, and "bench pressing" his own coffin lid out of 600lbs of lose dirt. Batman fans will also claim he was depicted benching 1,000lbs but the chicken scratch on the disc is almost eligible and could just as easily be a 3 as it could a 5.

Considering Bucky tooled Bullski and freaking Ursa Major just recently, I'd say Captain must be pretty beastly, since Bucky has never managed to have the upper hand against him.

but there a big difference between slade and batman strength, who has inferrior and far less consistent showings to capt?that seem logical...... 😕
It just means that Slade is better.
For instance if there was a new character with undefined strength who arm wrestled with Hulk and broke Hulk's arm like it was a twig would you say that means Hulk sucks or just that the new character is really strong?

You have zero problem with having Slade be significantly stronger then Batman, but have problems in turn with Capt being significantly stronger then Batman despite the fact Captain American has much better strength feats then slade as well as being significantly more consistent. 🙄

I would say that Batman completely ripping a large metal duct apart is up there as well. That one takes a hell of a lot of strength to pull off.
