Obviously Pre Zero Hour Karate Kid / Nemesis Kid and Batman One Million are significantly more skilled than anyone in Marvel... but they aren't really germane to this conversation.

Midnight Sun is actually quite skilled. He was a Shang-Chi foe originally before he was resurrected as a cosmic being. He has even held his own against Mantis.

I don't know much about midnight sun, but has he retained his MA skills after resurrection?

Cap will win the vast majority, Cap is stronger, faster, just as skilled and more durable. Not saying Batman wont give him Hell, it's just Cap is a different animal than Batman. Cap 7.5/10

Steve was standing up in restrained in the back set, he wasn't buckled in and his grapple was not tethered to anything. How is the car helping him? If anything being in a car makes the feat more difficult.

Yes, but when used to describe Cap, Peak stands for Humanitys Peak, meaning the highest physical stats a non-superhuman can possibly be. Again, Batman is at HIS peak, Cap is at HUMANITYS peak, there is a difference.
