I've already invited h1a8 to stand on the roof of a moving vehicle, tie one end of a grappling hook to himself, and then throw the other end at something and then report back to us with the results. Sadly, he hasn't obliged himself yet though.

The vehicle Captain America is on / in is completely irrelevant. One end of the grappling hook is tether to the helicpoter. The other end is tether to an object in Captain America's hand.

I know a guy who kicked down a larger tree than that. Its down down through attrition. He wrapped a rope around it and kicked / punched it hundreds of times every day, until eventually it cracked and fell over. 😎

On the subject on whether or not a serious Cap could one shot peak humans from a few pages ago, he just layed out Gambit (who is superhuman FYI) with a single hay-maker in AvX2. 😎

Also dont forget that even Gambit blowing him up basically did no damage to him.

I thought Gambit had superhuman agility and speed not durability.
