very close, 147 m.a. is no joke if u know what it is
cap is better in power, stamina, abilities, but batman fighting skills will be overwhelming here. his never giveup will+arts will not allow cap take over. in the end, batman will ko him, for sure, but very long fight.
snake kung fu: a full power neck strike can tear neck and kill a person
a long list is there, shaolin kung fu is more like superhuman cuz it gives very lightning fast reflexes + above human power strikes.
cap will be out, batman FOREVER
ALSO FYI, BRUCE LEE CAN'T DEFEAT ANY1 WHO LIVE IN SHAOLIN TEMPLES, CUZ THEY LIVE FOR MARTIAL ART.

Wolverine ranks Cap's fighting skill on par or greater than Shang Chi and Iron Fist. Iron fist has stated flat out that he can't beat Steve. Physically he's just too dominant combined with his skillset.
Daredevil not only can't beat Cap, but mentions that Cap can move so fast that he's just a blur to DD's super senses.
Cap also managed to survive against and eventually BEAT a fully armed taskmaster (sword, shield, neural darts, explosive arrows) without his shield (eventually surprising him with his rarely seen energy shield for the win). Taskmaster actually DOES have the fighting skills of every MA on earth at master level- including Cap's own.
How well did Bruce do against Prometheus, who only had the skills of DC's top 12? hint: beaten down swiftly and mercilessly off panel. Lady Shiva didn't fare much better.
Cap also serves as the H2H trainer for the avengers since added to the roster. EVERYONE on the avengers roster gets regular workouts from him, no matter how strong they are. He also trains constantly- and has no civilian identity to balance with his superhero work. Captain America is his full time job.
He's tossed around hercules and thunderstrike like rag dolls in sparring sessions, despite the fact that one is a couple thousand years old and class 100, and the other was at least class 75. Taskmaster ALSO typically trains subordinates in Steve's personal style (Tasky supplied minions for everyone else as a mercenary business for years), since it's so efficient despite having the repertoire of the entire planet to choose from.
Batman is impressive, very skilled, and top tier in the DCU but there is clearly NO skills gap between the two. Physically? different story. Rogers is clearly over Bruce by a good country mile, which would give him the win 100% of the time if both were unarmed.
