Um, cap has taken down superhuman beings thru sheer tactical brilliance alone. Bats being the "better fighter" is debatable at best. It is relative to your definition of what a "better fighter" is.

Of course there are some differences; for example, Captain America will never be as smart as batman and batman will never be as strong Captain America. In terms of strength the degree of separation is not that significant. They have both found ways on how to deal with people who are too smart or are too strong.
Batman is one of those heroes who would fights for justice even if it means standing against the world. Batman may not be as strong as Capt. but what he has made himself into has enabled him to stand toe to toe with would be gods and command respect. Batman did all of this with nothing but hard work, he did all this without the use of the SSS. The SSS is the equivalent of batman in the Dc universe.
Batman and Captain America will always stand on equal footing. Because what ever word you use to describe one person that same word can be used to describe the other.

yea ecpt for the fact Captain America is superior in every physical senses and has vastly and I mean vastly more stamina.

The Super Soldier Serum not only enhanced his physical stats but gave him extremely enhanced stamina. Far beyond what Bats can possibly keep up with. If you watch fights, battles of attrition (like how this fight might turn into) is won by the one who can outlast the other. Guess who that is?

Well..... at least you seem to be a Batman fan that can admit that Bruce is physically weaker while Cap is stronger, but at the same time still say enough to make a convincing outlook. Not many Batman fans can do that and admit Cap is stronger, faster, etc etc. So for that I give you props. Bats Gadgets and skills can let him win for sure.

H2H only Rodgers has the advantage
They are about equal except for the stamina factor which batman has no counter to in pure h2h
in pure H2H as this fight is Batmans only realistic option is to end it as fast as possible. He cant outlast Steve or outwill him and he cant avoid him speed and skill are to close for that.
