The SSS is the equivalent of batman in the DC universe. And captain america is stronger but this will not give him the majority.
Captain America may be faster, if they say run from here to there the first person that crosses the rope wins. This is where the SSS is a great advantage. But I do not see how this can turn into: since I am faster in a running contest I am obviously faster than you when it comes to fighting. When it comes to fighting it is your reflexes that determine if you are faster not your running speed. And from what I have seen from these two batman has the better reflexes feat.

While i'll agree that DC peak humans are somewhat dipicted as generally above Marvels Peak humans. It's not just a speed advantage Steve has going for him.
And of the subject of reflexes - since you mentioned it - show me a Batman reflex Scan that Steve Cannot match.

Show me a reflex scan Bats can't match... that works both ways. Both of these guys dodge bullets, and easily.
Like it or not, Batman is so close to Cap physically that it's not much of an advantage, if any, for either guy.

Saying this fight would be easy for Cap is pure bias. Cap definitely has the capacity to win, but it's going to be an epic fight, either way.

I said the majority of his feats are boring. Batman has 100s of showing you are bound to find good ones or even some that might be better than Caps, but the majoirity of them are relatively boring. By the way he beat those White Martians because they were scared of fire its not like it was a straight melee

It's getting really old hearing people say that DC is uber compared to Marvel. That's not true at all. Marvel just likes to keep things relatively sane. Instead of having yet ANOTHER ancient super-being show up and destroy a city, Marvel makes it believable that Earth even still exists after... nevermind, getting off target.
Batman is a normal dude who works out, trains, and eats a balanced diet. I do the same damn thing. Give me a bat-belt and a billion dollars and I could fight crime and molest my sidekicks.
Captain America is a war veteran who has mastered fighting, it doesn't matter what style(s) he knows. He's MUCH stronger than Batman. Much faster and agile as well. He's probably at least as smart, either tactically and/or overall. Captain America has dodged head-on gunfire while charging the guys that are shooting at him. He's even BEEN shot before and still went on to beat up everyone around him. He's been right next to many explosions and basically walks away needing nothing more than a new suit.
Batman? Bane broke his back. He barely survived... He was paralyzed for a while. Very impressive feat for Bane, whipping DC's beloved prep-time poster-boy, but not so good for the Bat, who ended up being a scared little flying rat in Batman RIP. Buried alive and all that. All this mental torture stuff has never happened to Steve. Obviously Cap has more resolve as well. Like in Civil War, Iron Man's sonic gun that was designed to shut down the human brain didn't completely work on Cap.
Truth be told, Batman's as good as his armor and gadgets. Cap's suit isn't even bullet proof. It isn't even armor at all. Still, Cap happily beat the shit out of Wolverine when Wolverine was killed and resurrected(and brainwashed) by the Hand to be a completely unhinged psycho, and Wolverine has had even more training than Cap. Probably several times his age. He's had Samurai training. Ninja training. Military training. Weapon X. And we all know the healing thing and adamantium claws. You name it. Wolverine has fought in SEVERAL wars. In this same story, Wolverine single-handedly whooped the (3/4)Fantastic Four. Still, pwned by Cap with little effort.
