Here go's some articles on the two, and who says that Ultimate Hulk is weaker than 616 Hulk?

Powers and abilities
Hulk formula combined with Ultimate Captain America's blood causes him to transform when under stress into a gigantic monstrous form that is virtually impervious to harm, and which possesses vast physical strength and stamina. His strength appears to be peerless in the Ultimate universe, as he tosses heavy-hitters such as Thor and Iron Man around like dolls and ripped the adamantium needle prepared for him like a toothpick.
Hulk can regenerate tissue and broken bones almost instantly, making him an almost impossible enemy to defeat; so far only two defeats have been witnessed. Firstly where Hulk was suffered Wasp's "stings" directly to his frontal lobes, followed by impact trauma incurred from a height upwards of five thousand feet. The reason for this transformation may also be some implications acceptance and concern from Betty immediately prior to the fall, combined with the physical trauma. Secondly, Hulk can be forcibly transformed back to Banner form through direct injection of a serum created by Bruce Banner himself; injection is possible only via adamantium needle that can either be directly applied, or fired into the target. The second option was employed by Ultimate Hawkeye (under General Fury's command) after the alien invasion had been defeated at the end of Ultimates Vol. 1, in the aptly named issue "How I Learned To Love The Hulk".
Ultimate Colossus:
Powers and abilities
By no means is Ultimate Colossus the equivalent to his 616 counterpart for he has shown to be far stronger. Piotr has the ability to transform his body from flesh and blood into organic steel, giving him superhuman strength and making him impervious to harm. Supposedly his power has not yet fully developed because of his youth. Some say that this armor in the Ultimate Universe is stronger than even adamantium, but this has not yet been proven.
In this transformed state, Colossus' body gains around a inch in additional height and his body mass is doubled. The source of Colossus' gain in height and muscle mass is unknown, but possibly extra dimensional.
Ultimate Colossus possesses vast superhuman strength, the limits of which have not been revealed. Ultimate Colossus strength was sufficient enough for him to battle powerhouses such as Ultimate Thor, Ultimate Ironman, and Ultimate Magneto placing his strength well into the Class 100 level, being able to lift in excess of 100 tons with ease. This makes him one of the most physically powerful beings, if not the most powerful in the Ultimate Universe.
Aside from his incredible strength, Ultimate Colossus' steel skin possesses an amazing degree of invulnerability to injury, allowing him to battle with some of the strongest characters of the Ultimate Universe. Ultimate Colossus armor is so great it can withstand a blast from a nuke, falls from great heights, exposure to temperatures less than that of Pluto to temperatures greater than that of the Sun, exposure to vacuum environments, direct contact with molting lava, strikes from Wolverines adamantium claws, etc without sustaining the slightest injury. Being conductive, he is immune to electricity. Colossus's armored body also cannot rust. A side effect of his armor's strength enhancing effect is a vastly greater muscle efficiency than an ordinary human. While armored, his muscles generate considerably less lactic acids than those of ordinary humans, granting him superhuman levels of stamina in all activities. He can exert himself at peak capacity for several days before fatigue begins to impair him. Colossus has demonstrated no need to breathe or eat while he is in his armored state and there's no known limit as to how long he can remain in this form.
In the Ultimate continuity, it has been shown that Colossus's eyes do not turn into steel, but instead remain organic and vulnerable (in the normal continuity, Colossus's eyes have been able to withstand a gunshot). Also, unlike the "normal" Colossus, when he is knocked unconscious he remains in whatever form he was in (see the "Hellfire and Brimstone" plotline). This version of Colossus is immune to Cyclops' optic blasts. This proves useful when they are fighting the Russian Mafia in a search for Mr. Sinister.
Although Colossus has been knocked out he has yet to be physically damaged or harmed in the Ultimate Universe. This version of Colossus also seems to have exceptional hand to hand fighting skills which he learned possibly from his close friend Wolverine. Characters with superhuman strength tend to lack real fighting skills having always had the luxury of relying on brute force alone. Ultimate Colossus also gains athletic agility, and speed whereas most characters with vast superhuman strength are physically bulky and awkward.
In the Ultimate Universe only Hulk seems to be threat to Colossus a for it seems that when Colossus puts his mind to something only he himself can stop his actions. This is shown when he overcomes Magneto’s influence, Stops a speeding train dead in its tracks, and carries a k-14 sub from the bottom of the Ocean miles from shore. Ultimate Colossus is virtually unstoppable, and seems to play a major role in the Ultimate Universe.
In this battle Colossus has the superior fighting skills, and there strength is about the same since they both have yet to show limits in the Ultimate Universe.
Ultimate Colossus keeps his intellegents while Hulk loses his, but Hulk is faster although Colossus isn't slow.
I think Colossus is more durable since Wolverine can pierce Hulk with his claws, but not Colossus. Hulks ribs were also broken by Thors hammer, while Colossus has yet to be harmed in the Ultimate Universe.
I think this is a good battle that would last a long time I see it 50/50

KO'ing someone isn't harming them?
I think the lava they dropped at him at Weapon X harmed him. And he felt pain when Cyclops shot him in the head with optic blast.
