Its not always as simple as that. You cant treat unverified assumptions as fact in debate.

House of M wasnt just about Wanda, in fact there was little talk of Wanda in the entire series. In the main HOM title the chaos wave isnt mentioned at all. Uncanny X-men deals with the chaos wave and Wanda isnt mentioned at all. There is nothing conclusive on panel be it statement or art which connects the two. Theres nothing making Demis interpretation that she generated the wave more likely than me saying she triggered it. We've both made decent cases and as such until her handbook comes out in 6 months Wandas abilities and her place in the hierarchy can only be judged based on what we know she was definitely responsible for, the "global alteration" Roma stated and the teleportation of Dormammu.

It states the trans-temporal tsunami aka the chaos wave is a result of the Scarlet Witch's reality alteration. It states the point of origin of the trans-temporal tsunami is Earth 616. Scarlet Witch is located on Earth 616. The focal point of the HoM xover was essentially the Scarlet Witch.

Other than Wolverine, who on Earth has the power to generate all this destructive multiversal annihilating energy?

Nowhere near as simple as that X. Indeed it does state that the trans temporal tsunami is a result of a global alteration. It is not clarified however whether Wanda triggered the chaos wave, (tapping into energies which have now spun out of control through misuse) or whether it is a leakage of her power generated in 616 into other realities.

Given that as her last bio states she taps into energies for her reality warping and doesnt generate them herself it would apppear its indeed the former.

Given that the chaos wave wasnt streaming out of 616 as per Demis misinterpretation and was instead spinning around outside of the breach on a collision course with 616, it would appear to be the former.

As of yet nothing conclusive to prove Wanda does, so such a notion cannot be treated as fact in debate. 🙁

It is far to simplistic to say who brought about House of M and who has reality warping power. Noones disputing that Wandas actions were the cause for the wave because that it is conclusively supported, however the wave being Wandas power isnt.

The chaos wave wasnt referred to in the main HOM title and Wanda wasnt mentioned in Uncanny. Your argument is primarily speculation and assumption. Wait until her updated bio is released later this year because right now such an argument really isnt good enough.
