God, I hated this debate. Dooku loses, assuming Grievous can block lightning with his lightsabers. No way Dooku can block Grievous's 16 strikes a second as well as Kit's balde, too, and Obi-Wan could stand back (cause he sucks with offensive lightsaber combat) and attack Dooku with the Force. Dooku could probably win, though, if Grievous could get rid of with Force Lightning.
Grievous wasn't expecting that, he has been shown to dodge the Force in the Cartoon. And throwing him into a wall won't take him out for long, anyways, and once Kit and Kenobi are on him Grievous will be able to get back up and join the fray, and Dooku will be to busy trying to fend off their blades to use the Force on Grievous again.
Yeah, Dooku is going down. In LOE, he states that he found Grievous difficult to defeat at times, and kept some tricks up his sleeve, "Just in case." In the cartoon, Grievous has Dooku on the retreat for a long time.
In the ROTS novelization, Dooku has to take out Obi-Wan using the Force because he could not penetrate Kenobi's defense.
Put Kit Fisto in here and Dooku's dead, although he puts up a tough fight.
If Dooku decides to toy around with these three, it could take a while, but if the guy finally decides to go all out on someone other than Yoda, he decimates them. Grievous can be momentarily taken care of with a powerful Force-push ala Kenobi, and then we'd have just the two Jedi waltzing around. Now, considering how quickly he floored Anakin and Obi-Wan, this duo won't last long in a similar contest. If he decides to use the Force, Fisto gets outmaneuvered and fried, and Obi-Wan gets a one-way trip to Dreamland and a pillar dropped on his head. Dooku would then proceed to humiliate Grievous until he gets bored. The End.
Grievous is a complete non factor in this fight, Dooku would be able to take him out in a heartbeat with the force, and neither Kit nor Mobi will be able to do jack to prevent that. He'd then pwn the duo with his superior dueling skills/force strength. He in no way goes down hard, I'd say he wins pretty easily actually.
Sith'Ari, do not forget Dooku's arrogance and his typical engagement of lightsabers. The duo can block any starting Force attacks by Tyrannus. Next if a lightsaber contest comes in, where Dooku will get desperate and try an arrray of Force attacks, however since he has 6 blades hacking at him, he'll get cut apart.
According to Dooku in Labyrinth of Evil, there were times when he was very hard pressed to outduel General Grievous. Dooku can't "pwn" Obi-Wan when it comes to sabers - Obi-Wan's defense is too skilled to be easily hacked through (he can block up to sixteen to twenty strikes per second from General Grievous - which is far stronger than Dooku himself is). Kit Fisto is also "one of the very best in the Order", so I doubt Dooku would make it a "two swing" fight. He could win by virtue of the Force - but in no way does he wtfpwn anyone here with a lightsaber. Especially all at once.

I feel Dooku's Force mastery is clearly overrated.
I disagree. I feel, at times, Dooku's lightsaber skills are overestimated and his Force prowess underplayed. He's absolutely distinguished in either respect. His Force powers were such that he was able to put Ventress to her knees by lifting a finger. He was an outstanding practitioner of Force lightning, and Yoda makes it clear that he was one of the very, very most skilled and powerful Jedi in the Order's history. Hell, the RotS novelization makes it clear, too that Dooku is "an even greater Dark Lord of the Sith" than he was as a Jedi - suggesting the obvious (an extreme power increase under Sidious's apprenticeship). In the Order's history, he was considered "the most bitter loss" due to his strength in the Force.
I'd say that pretty much makes him supremely powerful. He's not on Yoda's level or Sidious's level (they could beat him comfortably in the Force), but he's damn good nonetheless.
