Sidious can eat fleets for breakfast, can teleport any entity from anywhere to any place, drains the Force from planets.
Not to mention that it took the Force attunement of Luke, Leia, and her unborn son to topple Sidious's Force Storm, and - on this deathbed he defeated everyone who engaged him in combat on Onderon.
Also, last but not least, Brand said that it would require "all of the Jedi before [them]" to keep Sidious's spirit in confinement.

Sion was a master of the dark side and certainly knew how to inflict pain and torment on those unlucky enough to face him. He was an exceptionally skilled lightsaber duelist and had learned to channel his pain through the dark side, making him literally immortal. He also used an advanced version of the Force power Drain Life called Death Field. Sion was said to have mastered a unique style of lightsaber combat by combining aspects of Makashi, Dun Möch, and Shien; he used all of these skills with peak deadliness, making him a brutal and vicious adversary.
Unlike most of the Sith of the time and, for that matter, throughout history, Darth Sion cared nothing for ruling an empire or conquering the universe; his only concern was the total and utter destruction of the Jedi Order. This was a task which he saw to personally with unimaginable success. Sion was considered by most to be a volatile brute -- he cared nothing for teaching and knowledge -- all that fueled his ambitions were his terrible pain, rage, and commitment to see the Jedi Order extinct.
The Lord of Pain despised weakness and had a respect only for raw and brutal power. He seemed to hold great contempt and disgust for the former Sith Lord, Darth Revan, preferring Malak's leadership as he stated so at one point to the Exile:

But his greatest strength, what made him the appropriate Sith to exact their order's revenge, was not his supreme and deadly skills in the dark side of the Force, but rather the way he could manipulate beings all across the Galaxy. Indeed, the shroud of the dark side clouded everything, as Jedi Grand Master Yoda had once said.
He exacted the revenge of the Sith not only through political machinations and his mastery of the Force , but also with the help of several powerful apprentices—including the Chosen One, a young man by the name of Anakin Skywalker whom he manipulated into becoming the Sith Lord known as Darth Vader.
Some people believe that he was so powerful, he had predicted his rise to glory and every other aspect of his life from his early days—except for his death.

Once again, you overvalue the importance of your own opinion. You are not an authority enough to tell me (or anyone else) that "this stuff isn't as great as So-And-So's capabilities, because I say so".
Secondly, what I just posted isn't my opinion. You listed Scion's feats from a Wookipedia article, and I responded with the article it listed for Palpatine. You see, Wookipedia isn't a truly valid source for information, because anyone may edit it.
