That's because the characters with Uber speed didn't USE their Uber speed in those showings.
I didn't see the Silver Surfer breaking the hyperspace barrier when he went up against the Hulk. I didn't see Gladiator hitting multiples of C.
However, the argument 'Batman's only human! He can't do ANYTHING the comics say he can!' is asinine.
If it helps you, think of him as if he were an anime character. Characters that can destroy planets because they trained really, really hard.
Batman may have started as a human, but he's trained himself into something that is most definitely more.
