TECHNICALLY [PALPATINE WOULD BE THE STRONGEST AND WISEST OF ALL SITHS. CONSIDERING HE WAS AROUND BEFORE ANAKIN. WHEN ANAKIN TURNED TO THE DARK SIDE THEN HE BECAME THE STRONGEST.
