Okay and Ganondorf never came back to life? How many Links and Zeldas are there?
I don't know about this Sin Harvest thing at all, so I leave that to Superboy. But are you seriousley saying that if there are reincarnations in the Zelda games there must be reincarnations in FF games as well?
It is stated that a new Link arises to fight evil, and Zelda, well Zelda could be the name of every first born princess of Hyrule (Or the same deal as Link).... Is there any source that claims that there are reincarnations of the FF characters?
Doesn't surprise me. I've told him numerous times Sephiroth's sword is the Masamune and not Murasame, and yet every other post of him I see him calling it the Murasame. Kind of funny, really. If you're going to try and defend a character you should at least have basic knowledge of the character you're trying to defend.

Sephiroth. Returned as Kadaj a larva form of Sephiroth.

If you know what weapon I am referring to then why does it matter?

ganondorf would win or it would be a tie mainly because he can only be defeated by the sword of evil's bane or the master sword which sephiroth doesn't have
For some reason people keep reviving this thread. Sin Harvest is canon unless you can prove otherwise. So:
Because Four Swords Adventures Link did not have the sword of evil bane or the light/silver arrows and he still defeated Ganon.

So if Seprioth can everyone can? Is it even stated that she has returned? Has it even been stated that she has once died?
You have yet to prove that it actually is canon....
No, Link defeated Vaati in the four swords, Ganon is not a part of the real story, if he is then that is fake. And even IF he would be, as I have said over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over, PLAY WIND WAKER!!!!!!!!!!!!
Somehow you are ignoring all that just to bring up another source where it suddenly doesn't work that way, but those sources are either wrong, or either Ganon has been weakened, OR the fact that that person is Ganon ONLY while the other is Ganondorf/Ganon..... And do you know what the four swords are made of? Are they a normal sword? Nope thought so.......
God is this gonna be debated yet again.....
I'm just gonna say it plain and simple. Sephiroth would win. And I won't explain my reasoning because it will just lead to people bringing up moot points about different games and different people that have NOTHING to do with the original topic of this entire thing, so, feel free to argue about this all you want. It doesn't change my mind.
The thing is, is that in the Ocarina of time, the first stage of Gannon is Gannondorf. Who threw balls of magical energy at you. But you could reflect them back using the Master's Sword or the Biggoron Sword. After whooping on Gannondorf, there is a cinematic where he spits up blood. That's evidence enough that you do not need the Master's Sword to defeat Gannondorf. He would have died but he decided to invoke the power of the Triforce of Power. Light energy, no light energy... it doesn't frickin' matter. The facts are is that Gannondorf could be killed by conventional means just like anyone else.
That's like saying that his magic could be countered with a bottle. It's the players choice, but that doesn't mean it happened that way. Play WW, then you'll get it.....
I'll quote him, no, better up, I'll show you a video as well.

There, and the quote, "You cannot defeat me with a blade that does not sparkle with the power to repel evil"
Sephiroth thrashes Link, Link thrashes Ganondorf. Thus Sephiroth > Ganondorf
Sephiorth major weapons that i haven't bothered to check you see. Pale horse, causes all status problems there is. His pure power, before bizzaro fight he almost disintegrates the group by his pure will, with no holy to save Ganon, he's ****ed. Superior skill, in terms of skill sephiroth's skill transcends anything Links world in battle. Far stronger, Sephiroth impaled a midgar zolom with a tree, come on, whats ganon done to rival? Vastly Superior magic, i haven't seen Ganon do something to demonstrate he's on Sephiroth's level with magic. Astral Projections, since most of the game all you see is sephiorths projections is it sure Ganon will even fight the real Sephiroth, thus even if by chance he wins, is has acomplished nothing. Terrain advantage, Sephiroth is far more agile that Ganon, in that location Ganon is going to find his fat ass in a whole lot of shit.
Sephiroth is the better villain for me, because he is strong, cunning, mysterious and insane.
