I don't think Supes could beat every character(im talking one on one not combined)
I think Mystic Gohan and Super Buu(one who had absorbed almost everyone else) would most likely beat him.
He would however beat SSJ3 Goku. The bottom line is nobody on DBZ has the physical strength of Superman. Sure they have powerful energy blasts that can destroy planets(and no not galaxies, planets) but energy blasts dont translate into pure strength.
Superman is fully capable of surviving their energy attacks. Then it is just a matter of outlasting Goku. I'd say Superman is faster but Goku has more experience at high speed fighting.
Goku and others have been flat out hurt by physical punches from characters who are nowhere near the strength level of superman, he will not be able to take a prolonged beating from Superman. While Superman has taken much worse beatings than Goku can dish out.
The people who usually think Goku would stomp Superman are those who think he is capable of destroying galaxies and solar systems by blinking. The problem is nobody on DBZ has ever destroyed anything more than a single planet in one blast. Sure Perfect Cell claimed he was going to destroy the solar system, but it never happened. That is pretty much textbook hyperbole..villain claims he can do something extreme that we never see actually happen.
Going by what the characters have done and not they claim they can do, Goku has no real way to beat Superman.

I repeat my request: Go do some actual research on visual perception before making such idiotic claims. Something moving too fast to see simply means it's moving too fast for your eyes/brain to track, which has to do with many factors including its size, trajectory, predictability of its path, changes in its path and speed, relative size compared to the observer, color compared to the background, brightness, etc. A human - sized object can appear invisible at only around 200 miles per hour over distances of dozens of meters.

How about every single other blasts that go nowhere near that fast. If Superman does something once or twice it's written off as PIS but Piccolo can do something that according to the rest of the manga/anime doesn't seem possible then it's suddenly basis for fact? More times then not people actually see their ki blasts when they fight around people. Babidi was able to see Gokou fighting Fat Buu and Babidi is nowhere as powerful as they are nor as fast. Mr. Satan could see Vegeta against Kid Buu, Gokou against Kid Buu, Fat Buu against Kid Buu, Vegetto against Super Buu and he's no where near as fast as them. Everybody in the tournament was able to see Goten and Trunks fighting, Masked Fighter against 18. The camera crew in Cell Saga was able to see Gokou fighting Cell. The camera crews and people watching on tv were able to see Earths fighters fighting the Saiyans. Vegeta was able to talk after Krillen threw his Destructo Disk towards Nappa with Nappa having time to dodge it and Krillen was stronger than Radditz saga Piccolo.

The only reason it can be construed as PIS is because Akira wrote himself into a plothole by making his characters so powerful and he readily admitted it.. 😬

HHmmmmm, but somehow Piccolo still managed to get his ass kicked by anyone that's worth a shit... I saw Piccolo get his ass kicked by Cooler who shot him with an eye beam the certainly didn't look strong enough to destroy a moon or much of anything for that matter..
