The only reason it can be construed as PIS is because Akira wrote himself into a plothole by making his characters so powerful and he readily admitted it.. 😬
You're just ignoring simple DBZ feats and statistics because you don't like them and then when your done ignoring them you pretend that no one's brought a viable argument to DBZ like I just did. 😐

Also, you're full of crap, the fact that people can see DBZ on T.V. is PIS, not the other way around.

in DOS Booster Gold said that Doomsday was fighting faster than flash, as the battle escalated what happened? OH THAT'S RIGHT EVERYONE WAS WATCHING IT ON T.V. you're being ignorant and hypocritical to say the very least.

Oh yes because he's a magician he can suddenly see things faster than he can move. He may be strong in magic doesn't mean much. He is no where near as fast as any of the Z fighters his magic was powerful enough to block against Piccolo nothing more.

Wasn't Flash back then a lot slower? I remember Wally use to be a lot slower then light though I don't remember when he was that slow though. Also it's obvious Doomsday and Superman wasn't fighting at light speed. People could see them, Superman was weaker, and slower than he is now, and they were recorded.

And nobody has brought a viable arguement that the Z warriors are able to fight light speed or can even hurt Superman.

DBZ power levels are useless (as proven earlier in this thread.) However, if someone wanted to use some kind of power level..here is one example.

Blackrock, being powered by MILLIONS of sources feels the need to piss off Superman.... and ends up quite sorry for it.

He even does the standard dbz crap talk and shoots energy from his hands (which Superman effortlessly blocks.)

Power level in the millions..HMM...

I love how every time anyone who supports superman gives a reason why he would kick the crap out of goku, the dbz fanboy's always assume it's PIS, is it that hard to believe that after like 69 years of history supes has shown at least a couple of times that he is capable of kicking goku's arse

Doomsday's reaction speeds (moving his arms and legs around, tagging people, etc.) were very fast. His actual movement speed was not very fast. As in, he couldn't run around the world in less than a second like the Flash, but if the Flash tried to attack him he could react fast enough to counter it. This means that while he is fighting he stays in the same general area, so people can still see him. So try again.

HHmmmmm, but somehow Piccolo still managed to get his ass kicked by anyone that's worth a shit... I saw Piccolo get his ass kicked by Cooler who shot him with an eye beam the certainly didn't look strong enough to destroy a moon or much of anything for that matter..

you're joking right? 😐

I mean seriously.. you have to be.. eithe that you you know about 1% of the DBZ continuity of the regular storyline.

And you're aware of how fast he can move and react because?... 😕

Slower than recent? YES... Slow enough to watch on TV? ❌ .

Again, weaker and slower than now? yes... weak and slow enough to be recorded on tv fighting? NO...

even street level opponents like deathstroke, spiderman, and wolverine fight too fast for human eyes to register.. it was PIS that people were watchin it on TV plain and simple.

except that superman was using his flight all during that fight, doomsday has an incredibly fast running speed, and doomsday jumps fast enough to give supes a good chase in mid flight. 😐

millions of what?

Millions of microrganisms wouldn't mean much. 😬

Doomsday could jump 10 miles at once to another city, while most of the fight took place on the ground. Superman stated that he didn't just fly away and attack from space or something because the Doomsday would be given extra chances to smash up cities and people on the ground and he wanted to keep him occupied so he didn't harm too many innocent people.

No I'm not joking.. There's not many main villains Piccolo ever beat on his own. He has no problem taking out henchman, but can't do jack to anyone that's really a threat..

He beat Raditz WITH Goku's help
He couldn't beat Napa
He couldn't Vegeta
He couldn't beat Freiza
He couldn't beat android 17
He couldn't beat Cell
He couldn't beat Cooler
He couldn't beat Bojack
He couldn't beat Broly
He couldn't beat Lord Slug

The list goes on and on, Piccolo talks a tough talk but commonly gets his ass handed to him in a bad fashion by who ever the top guy is at the time

What he means are that the movies aren't canon

Because he's extremely weak in ki. He flies around on Buu's back so either he's very lazy or he can't keep up. And if he was fast enough to keep up he'd be a lot bigger threat.

Wasn't Flash only around the speed of sound at that time? Though I don't ever remember Doomsday going speed of sound at the time he killed Superman. Also I've never heard of Spidey going faster than people can see. Nor Logan, never read anything involving Slade.

And what arguments were made and ignored?

Spidey has several feats of moving faster than human eyesight in his respect thread

Must be nice to be in denial. The Blackrock draws in any and all types of energy simultaneously... and it doesn't take 10 episodes and tons of stalling to do it either.

Micro organisms...funny guy.

"Next time on DragonBall Z...ermm...More grunting!!!"

I noticed that alot of Anime takes forever to progress its plot. This is largely due to funding. What it takes 1 episode to do in America, it takes 5 in Japan.

Case in point:

My wife does not find any of it entertaining and therefore, does not watch any of it. So I had her watch an Episode of Naruto and then an episode of Avatar: the last airbender. (Two Similar "cartoons" having to do with martial arts and "super developed styles of martial arts"(Element bending for Airbender and chakra manipulation for Naruto.))

I did not talk to her at all during this whole hour and I did not tell her why.

After she got done watching both of them, I had her recount both episodes. She did very well!!

I then asked her to compare the actual volume of story progression in each of the television shows. She estimated that about 5 times as much plot progression occurred in Avatar versus Naruto...the same conclusion as myself.

This type of analysis cannot be done objectively by a person who watches this stuff regularly. Try your own experiments and see what you come up with.

What is my point? Tons of more feats occur in the Dc and Marvel worlds versus the DBZ world because of different cultures. And it takes f-ing forever for the stories to progress in anime...(Assloads of flashbacks and dialogue about how they are going to fight, etc.)

This is why I generally prefer manga over anime

Anime is more enjoyable than manga imo but at least with the mangas you don't get all the shitty fillers.

Superman>Goku

If they made a Superman anime...would it take 10 episodes for him to charge up Heat Vision?

Actually if you didn't know, there was an anime called Project A - Ko when it was revealed at the end that the main character was the daughter of Superman and Wonder Woman.

Actually...it's one of my favorite anime's to this day.

It was pretty fast paced though...especially part 1.

Too bad it got progressively worse with each movie..none had the charm of the original.
