Cell was toying with Vegeta because he knew he could easily win. That's part of Cell's character. Broli also went after Goten again when Trunks hits him with a ki ball then he throws Goten into Trunks. He also does get mad when he first sees Goten...Why else would he begin yelling Kakarot and power up? Gokou makes him loose all sense more so when he's regular or SSJ because he seems to think cleared when he's LSSJ and fighting Gokou. I don't remember Broli even smiling when fighting Goten and Trunks or even just Trunks. Trunks does a lot to make him mad when it's just Trunks vs Broli also like peeing on his head and mooning him. I also never said Broli would have the power they would have but what he lacks in power he makes up for his strength and durability. Gokou also can't hold his full power which is one reason why I think Broli could hold his own against SSJ3 Gokou. Mystic Gohan has speed advantage but I don't see how he's going to hurt him and he'll have a higher ki power but Broli could beat him senseless if Gohan made a mistake. It would take more for Gohan to take out Broli than Broli to take out Gohan which is why I think Broli could also hang with Mystic Gohan. Also it never says how much Broli powers up..It never says he even stops powering up because the only time it even mentions this is when he says his power is still growing or something along those lines.
It tooks somebody dying to push him to the next level of anger to get SSJ2...By the 10th movie Gohan can go SSJ2 already he proves this in the tournament when Kibito asks him to show him super saiyan and he goes SSJ2 instead. There was nothing there to anger him. Broli would destroy everything Gohan should have went SSJ2 to fight Broli. It's not that he couldn't it's just that they didn't show him do it. Anger was what pushed him to that level the first time. That's like saying Gokou shouldn't have been able to go SSJ against Trunks because there was no motivation to make him angry like Krillen's death.

I just think that he wouldn't loose horrible against SSJ3 Gokou and that the fight would be huge, and that if Mystic Gohan made a mistake that Broli could get a shot to win since he'd have the strength advantage but Gohan is quicker and has a larger ki while Broli has his durability to help out some.

No, you didn't make it obviously enough on who you think would win. Also, if Broly gets a few hits in it may help him a little but it wouldn't be anything major as it takes someone majorly stronger than himself to actually hurt him seeing as Super Buu needed to absorb both Gotenks & Piccolo to become stronger than Mystic Gohan. Even with his durablity as high as it is, I'm pretty sure Gohan would end the battle quickly or since he'd know he's stronger, he might toy around with Broly but even then, he'd still win. He's just too strong.
I'll admit, SSJ2 Gohan was cocky but he wasn't bodybuilder big so it's not that big of a deal because there are some kids out there that have arms that big or at least as big as SSJ2 Gohan's arms would be if he were real (I know because I have cocky friends & no, they aren't on steroids). But yeah, Gohan went Super Saiyan 2 against Dabura but it was after Gohan told him to let his anger explode like he did during the Cell Games.

Actually...It's changed from one thing to another pretty quick.
First it started out him saying that Broli could get strong enough to beat Superman, though I think he changed that, to Broli being about SSJ2 level, to me saying I think Broli could keep up with SSJ3 Gokou or Mystic Gohan because of his Durability better than anybody else could. And I think Broli is weak at normal and SSJ and his power only increases if he goes LSSJ and he said it increases st SSJ also. Then it goes to why Gohan didn't go SSJ2 in movie 10 against Broli and then why did Teen Gohan get so cocky against Cell.

Are you serious? Broly is no where near close to even being the strongest character in DBZ so no, he doesn't have the best chance of standing a chance against Mystic Gohan, SSJ3 Goku does. Broli isn't the most powerful but he is physically the strongest. And SSJ3 Gokou would have to be able to hold full power to stand against Mystic Gohan which he can't. Broli is also more powerful than everybody else from, at the least, Piccolo down out of all the heroes and from Perfect Cell down out of the villains. Everybody in power from Fat Buu up should beat him but there is also the fact that he doesn't have a set limit to his power unlike everybody else also and he has the durability to take more so it would be easier to beat say Vegeta who would be more powerful but would have less durability.
I seriously doubt that he's stronger than Piccolo who always trains non-stop, like Vegeta. He may be stronger than Piccolo but it's doubtful. I know he's stronger than all of the humans & Goten & Trunks. Physically or as far as durability/invinciblity goes, Broly might be the strongest but if Mystic Gohan, Super Saiyan 3 Goku, or Super Saiyan 2 Vegeta are stronger than him that won't make much of a difference for the fight. Give it up, Broly stands no chance of defeating SSJ3 Goku or Mystic Gohan in a fight, no matter how much he powers up. That's like saying in a straight out fist fight Broly would be able to defeat someone like the Hulk.
Piccolo did train in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber after fusing with Kami & as dedicated as he is to training, I doubt he'd stop. He's kind of like Vegeta, always wanting to train. It was just that Akira Toriyama seemed to forget all about Vegeta by the Buu saga. Also, of the Z Fighters pretty much know that villains/evil guys are always going to come along which is why most of them continue their training even after the villain(s) has been defeated. And as far as Broly goes, yeah, I had to stop & think about it because it'd be kind of hard for him to just power up & become as strong as SSJ3 Goku or Mystic Gohan. It'd actually take some years for him to power up that much & become that strong.
It never really says how much Broli powers up or anything. I doubt his body would be able to take the power if he did get that strong. That's why I concede the fact. If he has to blow off energy as he gets stronger then that means he probably has to loose some of that energy he's gaining. Also it never really shows Piccolo training. I think Kami's personality took over more when they fused so while he may train it's more of his mind training thing. He doesn't really fight either anymore. I don't understand why as hard as Vegeta trains he's still third strongest. Probably got a lot more physical strength with all that gravity he trains in though.
Broly doesn't loose energy when he powers up, he just has to let out a few Ki balls which won't really affect his power level. But even though it wasn't stated how much he powers up, I doubt he powers up a whole lot. As for Piccolo, Kami's mind didn't take over as Piccolo tells Kami before the fusing that he wants his mind & body to be in control. Also, just because we didn't see Piccolo training that much doesn't mean he didn't. That's like saying Vegeta & Trunks didn't train a lot & get really powerful after Cell absorbed Android 17 which would be a blatant lie. I'm sure anybody who trains in the Hyperbolic Time Chamber would become stronger & Piccolo trains a hell of a lot so I'm sure he became a lot more powerful both after leaving the Hyperbolic Time Chamber & after the seven years after the Cell Games saga.
Yes, Piccolo kept his own mind but Kami had a lot of influence on his personality. Also did Piccolo train in the Chamber? He was never shown in it. He also fought Cell while Trunks and Vegeta were training in it, then Gohan and Gokou trained in it. By then Cell set up the Cell Games and everybody sort of just hung out. While I don't doubt Piccolo may have trained I doubt he is obsessed as he once was at being strong. He hardly even fights in the Buu saga though he is proven to be stronger than the kids but it never really shows how much stronger.
Kami only increased his power, that's it. He didn't change his personality in any way at all because he was the same as always. Also, if you read the manga, they were trying to figure out the order in which everyone would enter the Hyperbolic Time Chamber & I believe Piccolo was at least shown going in. Lastly, everybody didn't just "hang out". Only Goku & Gohan "hung out" because Goku wanted to master the Super Saiyan form. Everyone else was busy training. Also, it's pretty obvious that Piccolo is leagues ahead of Goten & Trunks as far as power goes.
