As for the dragonball's magic, the dragon in the Saiyan Saga couldn't stop Vegeta and Nappa, so who's to say that the dragonball's powers would even affect Superman?

Yes, I'm aware of it, and as you said, it's plot holes. The beams move really slow on Earth, yet they speed up when from a planetary view.

Yes, it is teleportation. He doesn't have control of his movements while in IT, meaning that he couldn't move super fast and punch someone, like Superman can.

The whole basis of this arguement is, is superman faster than all DBZ/GT characters. Ok superman has gone so fast he went back in time. Has any DBZ/GT character ever gone back in time without a time machine? Answer no, superman is faster, period.
