There's the whole vastly higher strength and more impressive combat speed. Also its debatable whether Goku is more skilled.

no i gave details on how goku wins your the one that says he aint as fast as supes.

it isn't debatable goku clearly has more skills and was trained by better masters than mongul,and batman.

How do you know? The only one of Goku's masters we've seen in any kind of proper fight is Master Roshi.

Also when does Goku use these skills? He's never beaten anyone by pure skill alone.

Lets look at Superman's:

Mongul: Trained by the original Mongul, gladiatorial master. vast experience at combating countless different races.

Batman: I don't think I need to explain Batman qualifications.

Wonder woman: Trained by the Amazons, immortal warriors who have spend millenia honing their combat skills. Not only that but she is regarded as their best warrior even without her powers.

Wildcat: Heavyweight boxing champ. Over half a decades combat experience, he has trained many of DC's greatest heroes including Batman.

Also remember Superman is an experienced fight who has been in more actual fights than Goku has.

Superman went from Saturn to Earth in 4 minutes. That's around 19 times the speed of light.

Show me Goku going anywhere near that fast (and instant transmission doesn't count, that's teleportation, not speed).

Goku was trained by the kais they train dead warriors from around the universe how can mongul compare to that.

We have no idea how skilled king kai is though we've never seen him fight. Also where he trains people is no bearing on his skill.

And if you saw dbz where supreme kai talks about he even said the kais were more powerful than even frieza.

Which is nothing to do with skill. Broly is more powerful than Frieza but there's no way you can say he has more skill than Batman.

Goku can get from point A to point B faster than superman. goku is faster than superman.

Superman vibrates so he is intangible and the beam passes through him harmlessly. He then delivers a speech on respecting women while delivering Goku a series of punches. He knocks Goku out with one last powerful punch and comments on how powerful Goku is, because its a crossover so its expected of Supes.

That would work the first time. But after goku misses and superman gives him a good pounding he will try again, and on his second attempt he will IT around the world so Superman would hear or feel anything, and he would shoot a blast from farther away and after he shoots the blast he will IT on the other side of superman and shoot another. Supermans woman pleasing Variations can't last forever.

Assuming you've read my post now. You should have an idea. Newjak IT being light speed is a Dub only thing. So in theory Goku's travel speed is much faster than Superman's.

On the other hand Superman has a much faster combat speed than Goku. His limbs can move faster and he can react a vastly quicker pace. His brain is also constantly working out the vectors and trajectories of attacks allowing him to dodge Goku's blow very effectively. It also means Superman will be hit Goku more times and Goku can hit him.

no he didn't and it would take much longer to warp from planet to planet if he could only do it at light speed.

Combat speed can't be proven because some points in DBZ you can't see the movement speed, and sometimes it's visible. So you must assume that it is in slow motion when you can see it so you really can't judge the speed of something that is in slow motion.
