Ok now that I'm done ranting I'm ready to look at his say something Civil.
Listen guys the reason Digi may be hard pressed to overrule anything on us is perhaps you guys need to take a step back and realize we Haven't BROKEN ANY RULES. Maybe Strecthed some maybe bent a few to the breaking points but we haven't broken any of them.
Listen if you listen to yourselves you basically want to turn this turning into whoever did draft the strngest people because with all the editing you guys want to pull you basically want to turn this into whoever can throw around the strongest attacks instead of who can come up with the most clever ways of winning and when they do everyone wants to call it unfair and say well we don't have an easy answer for it so ban it Ban it to hell.
Heck Me and BW could have probably made a great case that Khell's teleport attack should be in the no Loophole rules we may have made mention of it but instead of sayng that we have no defence me and him went out to counter it like you your supposed to do in a TOURNAMENT that is designed to be the better debators and not the strongest characters.
Listen as I said I went back and made sure we aren't breaking any rules and that I know exactly what everything is supposed be. Heck even though at the moment it would probably help me and BW more than it would LEO/Khan to have the Constructs banned because of their SS/GL combo which by the way may break the Thanos Rule the point is that no one said anything about being able to go over Thanos through power messing. Heck I'm excited to take these things because this truely going to be a good match don't beleive me wait for my next post.
Heck almost everyone of you has siad no rule is being broken so instead of sayinf wow this was clever everyone wants to say unfair becuas their personal opinions may not agree or feeling have been hurt.
I'm getting tired of it I don't want someone else fighting my battles that goes for you Scoobs you Ill et the combatants win the matches.

if it makes anyone feel better, if kahn and i won we were NOT creating independent constructs in the finals. everyone who read my initial post knows i think they are rubbish. i BEGGED for proof they could be done consciously and bw and nj could NOT provide it, yet the constructs STILL passed. hence this ridiculous impasse.
if they are banned at this juncture however, i would move to have a rematch between khell's team and bw and nj in the name of fairness. someone said there is no rush, and they are ABSOLUTELY correct. i would feel pretty shitty banning them and not giving khell another, fairer shot in the tourny.
kahn and i can wait til next week. why not have the rematch start thursday (if khell so desires, of course) then kahn and i can take the winners next thursday or on the weekend.
i am perfectly pleased to restart this fight without independent constructs, BUT only if khell gets another chance -- again, if he wants it.

are you guys serious? this is absurd. No rules have been broken, and I had to go through crap to make some kind of fair ruling on the subject (5 being given as the number to any independent constructs...)
Generic shielding as also been addressed as any type of shield so long as its a shield.....😬
Plus a rematch? We won and didnt break any rules. To ask us to participate again in something we won hands down (Popular and all judges votes *with the exception of Ill who didnt vote) is crazy. 😖
I think a rematch with Khell is a ridiculous suggestion. For one, all the judges who voted agreed it was his lack of a partner that lost the match for him and not the Daxamite strategy. Have any of you seen KVD around SINCE the match ended anyway? Two, I think it'd be a little silly to punish Blair and Newjak for what could be the judges "mistake".

I'll actually co-sign all of this. I think an outright ban, considering the Thanos rule in particular, is in order regarding these things. GLs can create as many constructs as they like, but this independant construct thing is getting outrageous.
For what its worth (this is mainly to Khell, but also to the tourney in general) I'd like to extend my apologies if you or anyone feels we haven't been fair in some way. The matches last round were tulmultuous, and amidst the other stuff I was having to deal with, this probably wasn't dealt with properly.
Thus, I'm enacting the loophole rule and putting a stop to the construct nonsense. This isn't a vendetta against either side, but merely an attempt to create a more civil and manageable, fair match.

Oh, and I'm for the restart. Same judges, etc. but I'll close the current round. My apologies, but it seems like it's prudent at this juncture.

Thus, in accordance with the initial intent of prep in this tournament, prep will be getting limited to probably something like 30 seconds.
This isn't against you guys in particular. But when I see leo and kahn using telepathy and ring-creation, and ambiguous shield-amalgamtions from Shaman, I cringe.
We'll do an insanely short prep, and anything you can think of (within the rules) will be acceptable within that time frame. That should solve that problem.

and if you were khell? you think all those dax's didn't help? c'mon, val. i couldn't care less that they are now banned, but if I was khell and they were banned after the fact, I'D be pissed. had they NOT been present in that other battle the entire opening strategy would have been different from bw and nj and maybe khell and kvd WOULD have won. impossible to say for sure EITHER way, kvd's lack of input not withstanding. you and a couple others are treating this like it was the olympics. it most certainly is NOT. the rules CAN be altered for fairness sake -- as they HAVE been -- and these ARE still run because they are SUPPOSED to be fun, right? being screwed by a 'judges error' in a little, no-gain comic debate tournament doesn't sound too fun. especially when it is easily within the power of digi to offer khell the chance at a FAIR rematch. it also seems to me unlikely that khell would even WANT a rematch, but it doesn't seem right to simply not even give him a say.
and about punishing bw and nj -- they snuck the things in when they obviously should have been banned earlier. and by NOT allowing khell at least a say, you're punishing HIS team. what's the big deal with a rematch? if it's all fair, and bw and nj are as confident as they sound, why would it be a problem?
and before someone yells 'he's scared' (cripes . . . 🙄 ) i have abided carelessly through all this nonsense, and if no one else sees a need to offer khell a rematch so be it. believe me, we have no problem at all battling bw and nj 3v3, like we had no problem 8v8. 😉
it's simply my opinion that fairness should be addressed for ALL teams. and no one in this tourny NEEDS to be screwed by a 'judges' error.

By the way if we were to refight Khell with all this banning of unfair attacks I would probably ask for his teleporting people's body parts and teleporting things into them be eliminated as well like you said leo if an option is open you have to use it 😉
