WWH isn't hitting him.
It's like the statue of Liberty trying to hit to a F16 jet. But it can't. Because it's a STATUE. Pretty much what Flash will see Hulk as.
WWH doesn't need to be beaten physically.
Flash has multitude of other options.

The more Hulk tries to move, the more kinetic energy he gains, thus the more power he gets.

Wow Flash can pull new variats on his power out of his arse - never realised he was so versatile. However bear in mind Hulk is starting to do this. He is now able to adapt to different environs like being able to breathe under water. Interestingly some physical affects don't seem to harm hulk like they do other i.e. Visions intangability disruption attack. I wonder if they actually did this fight hulk would develop an "anti whatever Flash can pull out his bag of tricks I can resist it" power.
