But the opposite of me as a person... not as me as a male. I have no opposite. Just like you have no opposite. Plus Male and Female aren't really opposites either, they're pretty much the same , except for a few hormones and shit.

They differ in degree. Just like I illustrated above.

You as a person cannot be explained by a single thing...I hope.

I'm just an bilogical organism and as this organism there is no opposite.

It doesn't matter to what degree you want to go into, in the end not everything has an opposite...

There are some people on this forum that I could describe with one word. 😆 Sorry I could not resist.

So,

I believe everything has an opposite - a duality in everything. Spiritual side as well as practical.

What about Trinities? Or would the opposite of one be a combination of the other two, like in colours, Red - Cyan (Blue + Green) If not, then explain the opposites to things in trinities.

Like every action has an equal and opposite reaction?

everything in the world has an opposite (polarity).
So the opposite of the UK is New Zealand?

Having a polar opposite is a prerequisite for existence -
Without darkness, there can be no light!
Without evil, what is good?!

etc...

So what you're saying is, without an abscence, it can't exist?

lmao!

everything is energy. there are no opposites

Which things do not have opposites in your view. There has to be a law regarding this, you must agree. Nothing is random.

Interesting idea. I agree that everything has/is energy.

Do you not believe in positive and negative? I would count this as opposite.

What's the opposite of fire?

everything is an experience.

everything is One. there are no divisions, merely the illusions of them.

Everywhere you see the polarities of light and dark, negative and positive, left and right, male and female, right and wrong, good and bad, for and against. This entire reality is based on polarity. When we accept this as
real, and who we are, we disconnect from the consciousness of the One in
awareness of itself. There are no polarities in Oneness and so no vibration. There is only one One and it has nothing with which to resonate. If you identify with a polarity - I am a man, woman, British, American, on the Left or Right and all the rest - the Matrix has you.
Infinite Consciousness observing through a female hologram does not make you a woman. It is the program that does that. You can identify with being Infinite Consciousness having an experience without falling for the trap that you are your body or your experience. To the Matrix, women fighting for their rights is just as important as men seeking to deny them because it creates polarities. The Left in politics is as vital as the Right for the same reason, and so on. If we identify with a polarity we create the other. A belief in the 'Light' means that you must believe in the 'Dark' or you would not have to call it 'Light'. It would just be, no label necessary. If you believe in the positive you must create the illusion of the negative
or you would not have to use the word 'positive'. It would just be, no label
necessary. A belief in God creates the polarity of the Devil. There is no God and there is no Devil because these are illusions of mind. But if you believe in, and identify with, either of them you create the other

Well in a way you are correct. All at the sub particle level, but still there are degrees to everything we can call opposites. Opposites just isn't a good word for describing the other end of a spectrum of something.

What is the opposite of the word "the"?

🤨

I just said something that doesn't have an opposite in the post you quoted... And you have yet to come up with any solid evidence to denounce my claims

And what does things being random have to do with anything?

Well I think the word "the" really has no meaning. Many languages don't really use it......

So maybe it would mean something with "meaning"

So because it does not have a meaning, it does not have an opposite?

The word "the" does have a meaning... It's a word put in correspondence with a noun to give it reference.

So I guess the opposite would be something that removes the reference of a noun... And I can't think of any.

😬

🙄 "a" is not the opposite of "the". A tree, or the tree are not opposites, "a" is more general then "the" but not the opposite.
