Now, I'm assuming by "greatness" you're talking about power. Because Tulak Hord hasn't done anything great. And since Vader isn't on your list - it would seem you're talking about power. You're Jedi list is bad. And your Sith list is just...I'm not going to list why the list themselves are wrong completely, but the ones in bold stand out completely.
Firstly, we know jack about Tulak Hord - only he was "the best lightsaber duelist of the Ancient Sith", whom we haven't even seen use lightsabers. He's an unknown. Freedon Nadd? Another virtually unknown. Ajunta Pall? Uh, no. Ludo Kressh is one of the two strongest Sith under Ragnos (along with Naga Sadow).
Vodo Siosk-Baas? Uh, sorry, pal. He sucks the big one. Depa > Vodo easily. And there's others that would topple him. You didn't put Anakin on the list? As a Jedi, he's more powerful than Obi-Wan at the least. He's comparable to Mace Windu even. You're list is pretty flawed (Corran Horn?), so you should really re-think things.
First off I didn't put Anakin because he ends up as Darth Vader and for some weird thinking I didn't like putting a future Sith in a Jedi list. So I'll add him. That same reasoning goes for Ulic. Next, I'll rank Ludo and Freedon higher on my list. And advent, I guess you're right about Ajunta and Tulak. So I will add Simus and Bane.

The ancient sith are unknown, and largely unquantifiable. Its been stated in some sources that Yoda is the most powerful jedi ever, so Ill just make the assumption that the era is proportionally more powerful.
