Kate: Will, Alex is here
Will: Abi's fiance? Why?
Kate: I've met him a couple of times. He's always in some kind of trouble. We have to make sure he's not up to something before we leave.
Will: Lead the way then. Try not to make a sound.

They sneak off the boat and back onto the Pearl... and as soon as they are on, Will turns and quickly ties Kate up.
Kate: Will, what are you doing?
Will: I'm sorry Kate. We had no choice.
The rest of the crew arrives onto the deck, and begins getting ready to set off.
Kate: What do you mean?
Will: Let's just say it's a matter of leverage.
Jack: Stop stealing me phrases, lad!
Kate: Youre using me as leverage?
Will: That's the only way to put it.
Kate: (pauses) So... everything you just said in the cabin... was that a lie?
Will shrugs.
Will: I did what I had to.
Kate nods... she understands. SHe also looks at Will in admiration.
Kate: So who are you bartering me to?
Jack: Classified information. We'll be setting sail shortly. Will, do you want her in the brig?
I cant think of what to do next. lol.
What happened to norrington, btw??
Here he is.
Norrington: (to Abi) And where is your noble fiance in all of this?
Abi: I told you Father, he's missing.
Kate: Not quite. We saw him on Davy Jones' ship.
Abi: You couldn't have.
Will: She's right, Abi. I saw him, too.
Kate: He was in a cabin and looked quite comfortable.
Abi: That's not true. You're just trying to win my trust.
Will: Abi
Abi: And you! True, you might have brought the traitor back, but you seduced her to do it! You're no better than all the rest of us, but we know how much effort you put in pretending you are! I don't care what you say! You may have seen a man but it wasn't Alex! (runs off crying)
Will (to Norrington): I suppose you think I'm to blame for that.
Norrington: On the contrary, Mr. Turner. I think it is the best news Abigail has ever heard. Attached to a man who so easily shifts sides will be no good for her. If you'll excuse me, I believe I will tell her that in person.
Liz: So cold.
Jacky: But so right.
Meanwhile...
Alex: Do you think they'll believe them when they tell them I was here?
Crew: They'll be more concerned about Davy's death than anything else.
Alex: I liked Abi. She was special. It's such a pity it has to be this way (sincerely upset).
Crew: Rules are rules, sir.
Alex: I'll just have to wait for the opportune moment. All right, men. Back to Port Royal. Dumas said he would meet us back there.
Will is sitting on the steps of the Pearl. Jacky comes to join him.
Jacky: You know, people say I have an exceptional understanding of the male heart. But it doesn't take much to see something vexes you.
Will: I just don't know how to figure Kate out. On the one hand, she's done so much I can barely trust her, but then she killed Davy Jones and saved Jack.
Jacky: She has a lot in common with Jack. As you seem to, too.
Will: Don't say such things.
Jacky: You're more pirate than you realize, Will. Even if it's not what you want to be.
Will: I was happy being governor. I felt like I was making a difference. I can't let Dumas take it from me.
Jacky: Then don't. (edges closer) You know, my brother was kind enough to give me my own little cabin here. We could take this private conversation to a place a little more...private. (for lack of a better word)
Will: (sensing what she wants) I don't think so.
Jacky: Why not? I've helped you. You've helped me. We make a formidable team.
Will: I'm not getting involved with anyone here, especially not a pirate.
Jacky: Can I really be a pirate if I don't like the water?
Will: Fine. A criminal.
Jacky: Have you ever committed a crime, Will? If you've done one, it's so easy to commit another. (really close to him, her lips almost at his neck) All it takes is one....little....push (is about to kiss him)
Gibbs: Pirates!
Jacky: We're all pirates, Mr. Gibbs
Gibbs: The Jamaican pirates are on our tail! They came out of nowhere!
(Wil springs up. Jacky reluctantly follows)
Jack: Came out of nowhere as in we didn't see them, or came out of nowhere as in truly coming out of nowhere?
Gibbs: Huh?
Jack: Never mind. Who has the cannons?
Norrington (back): I suppose I will do it. Come here, Abi. I'm sure you'll find this fun.
(Abi follows him to the cannon. They form the team loading and using it)
Dumas went back to Port Royal for safety reasons. He's waiting on Alex and the crew to bring him Kate.
On the Pearl
Kate: Untie me! Hang it all! I can help!
Jack: Help me into an early grave!
Liz: She killed Jones, Jack. Maybe just for this fight...
Jack (sort of angry): Do what you will, love.
(Kate is free, everyone else is shooting)
Abi: How close are we to Alex's ship?
Gibbs: Best be forgettin' that sorry sod, lass.
(Abi swears under her breath)
Will: Jacky, mount their ship with me. They aren't a large crew. (she and Will swing across to the other ship)
Norrington: Stay here, Abi.
Abi: Father, no!
Norrington: I haven't been here to do much for you, but if I can help hold them off to get you to safety, then I'm going to do it (turns to go, then comes back) I couldn't be prouder of you. (kisses her cheek and joins Will and Jacky)
Abi: Father!
Jack: The cannon, girl! Mind the cannon.
(Kate swings across, too)
Jack: You can't all leave.
(Liz starts to swing)
Jack: Oh, no you don't.
Liz: I can't leave them!
Jack: We aren't. They're coming back.
(in a flash, the Jamaican pirate ship disappears)
Abi: Father!
(Everyone is quiet)
Jack: Oh bugger.
Gibbs: Jack! We can't go to Port Royal. Not without Kate. We got nothing to bargain with.
Liz: We have to save them before we can think of defeating Dumas.
To recap, Will, Jacky, Kate, and Norrington are on the ship commanded by the Jamaican pirates who have been after them this whole time for the vial. This ship has "disappeared." On the Black Pearl, Jack, Liz, Gibbs, and Abi have to find some way to save them before they can use Kate for a bargaining chip against Dumas.
Will: What just happened?
Captain Blood: Welcome aboard, gents...and ladies. You stole our vial, Governor.
Will: It was to save Port Royal. I never would have taken from you or your people otherwise.
Captain Blood: Maybe you would, maybe you wouldn't. (ominous laugh)
Kate: Where did we go?
Captain Blood: This is the fastest ship in the world, girly. Literally. Once a month, it can disappear and reappear wherever I need it to in the blink of an eye. So I used this month's turn.
Jacky: And where did you take us?
Captain Blood: Welcome back to Port Royal, half the crew of the Black Pearl!
Will: We're back in Jamaica.
Norrington: On the other side. Port Royal is at least a day's journey from here.
Captain Blood: That one's the quickest of all of you. You'll be tried here. If you're not guilty of theft, we'll let you go back to your spacious mansion.
Kate: Tried by whom?
Captain Blood: Pirate counsel of course! Judge, jury, and executioner. Oh, and Governor Turner, all your friends here will just have to be tried along with you. We don't have any rooms at the inn for them. (he and crew laugh)
On the Pearl:
Abi: We have to find the ship with Alex on it! (no one says a word) He's the only one with answers now! I can't marry a man if I don't know whose side he's on.
Jack: And just how will we come across his ship, young miss? When last I was keeping track, Will has the bloody compass.
Liz: Kate.
(they all look at her)
Liz: Alex can't go back without Kate. He'll have to come back to us.
Abi: So your plan is we just wait.
Liz: Wait and be ready for him. Wouldn't you for once like to have the advantage in a battle?
Gibbs: Beggin' your pardon, Ms. Elizabeth, but Kate's not here.
Liz: It doesn't matter as long as Alex thinks she is. I'll bet you anything Alex is working for Dumas to get some kind of land or money out of the deal. Wouldn't that be right, Abi?
Abi: I have no idea! I can't imagine (pause)
Gibbs: Long pause there, Ms. Norrington.
Abi: All right. The first time Alex jilted me, he was afraid I would leave him when he lost his job. He was a simple book keeper. Then he took up piracy, as did I for a while, just making ends meet. But he's never even had a ship and he always said we would marry when he had the money.
Jack: He's done all this, so he can afford you?
Abi: I'm not a superficial girl, Captain Sparrow! Surely my piracy spoke for itself. But Alex is the kind that wants to be able to give me anything, whether I ask him for it or not.
Liz: Then he will come back. He'll be desperate to get Kate.
Gibbs: What do we do? Just drop anchor and camp out until he comes?
Liz: How much rum do we have?
Jack: Not the right time, love.
Liz: How much, Jack?
12 pirates sit in a "jury box" and Will, Kate, Jacky, and Norrington are tied and sitting beside their "lawyer."
Captain Blood: If no one has any objections, I'll stand as judge meself. No objections? Good.
Norrington: This is insane.
Jacky: Clearly you've never been to Turkey, Commodore. The least they would have done there is chop off our hands (no offense to any Turks out there)
Captain Blood: This here hearing is to decide whether Governor William Turner and his band of amateur pirates are guilty of stealing our precious immortality vial. Let's begin.
On the Pearl, the crew is ACTING very drunk.
Jack:.......and then I said, "you be careful with that hammer."
(everyone laughs)
Liz: Oh Jack! Tell us when you were made chief.
(they see a ship coming towards them)
Jack (quietly): This plan of yours is working (louder) Then there was this one time...
Alex: Ahoy! Where's Abi?
Abi: Alex. Alex, you fool. (acting drunk) When I said be a pirate, I didn't mean all this. (staggers around) You've been a bad, bad boy.
Alex: Sorry, Abi. It's all for you, though. Jack, give me Kate and I'll leave the Pearl alone forever. You and your woman can do whatever you want without my interference.
Jack: What? (laughs)
Alex: Hand over Kate and I'll leave you all alone.
Jack: What? (laughs, acting drunker than the rest) What's he keep saying?
Gibbs: Such a pretty boat....
Alex: Here now! What is all this? Abi, have you been drinking? All this time sailing and you've never touched a drop!
Abi: Come over here, Alex. I want to tell you the story of when Hamlet and I were crossing the Red Sea and I says to him, "you sold me out, Hamlet Smith!"

(everyone laughs, pretending to get it)
Alex: Abi? I'm coming over there. You can come with me when I deliver Kate. These pirates are a bad influence on you.
(swings onto the Pearl)
Gibbs: Grab him! (he grabs him in a hold)
Jack: Well, boy, you can remember this night as the night you ALMOST outplayed Captain Jack Sparrow.
Liz: It was my plan.
Jack: What's yours is mine and what's mine is yours, Lizzie. Now (points a sword under his chin) You'll be a little peeved to know Kate isn't here.
Alex: She's not? But I need her for my plan?
Abi: Alex, have you always been true to me? Are you really doing this for me?
Alex: I'd give you the world if I could, Abi. I need something to be worthy of you. Now that your father is alive, he'll never let you marry a penniless pirate.
Abi: He will once he knows how much I love you! (kisses him in front of everyone)
Gibbs: What now, Captain?
Jack: My boy, you might have some redeeming qualities. Any idea where these pirates would have taken Mr. Turner?
Alex: The only place I can think of is back to where they dock. It's on the other side of Jamaica, several miles from Port Royal.
Jack: Then that is where we'll look first. Though Heaven knows if Jacky is there, the pirates may turn them back over to us without a fight.

Captain Blood: And Governor Turner, what do you have to say for yourself?
Will: All I say is that I did steal your vial with the intention of saving this entire island. I apologize for any inconvenience done to your people, but I felt, and still feel, that stealing it to heal the sea would benefit everyone in the long run.
Captain Blood: Jury?
Foreman: We don't need no deliberatin' time, Cap'n. Guilty as charged.
Captain Blood: Then the penalty is death.
Jacky: Wait! You can't kill him.
Captain Blood: Oh? And why not?
Jacky: He's the father of my child. (they all look at her) You wouldn't hurt a lady with a baby would you?
Foreman: I don't think so.
Jacky: Then you can't hurt the father. For everyone knows a woman cannot be a mother without a man and a man cannot be a father without a woman. So if you mean to do well to a lady, you have to also mean to do well to her man, especially when she's made him a father.
Captain Blood: What?
Will: She certainly has Jack's logic.
Jacky: Please. Let us live so we can enjoy our baby.
Kate (to herself): I should have said I'm pregnant too.
Captain Blood: Very well, madam. We can't hurt you properly considering your condition and like you so confusingly put it, we can't hurt the man responsible. So you two (points to Kate and Norrington) Why can't I kill you two?
Norrington: You would kill only some of us?
Captain: I'm in a killing mood.
Norrington: As long as you leave my daughter...
Kate: I'm his daughter. You wouldn't kill a girl's father with her watching would you? Or kill his offspring with him watching?
(Norrington just stares at her)
Captain Blood: I've reached a decision. The penalty shall not be death.
Captain Blood: The penalty shall be slavery.
(pirates cheer)
Captain Blood: You, daughter of the stiff man.
Kate: Me, sir?
Captain Blood: You are assigned the role of wench. Now bring us some rum and don't forget to wear something a little more pleasing to the eye.
(Kate desperately looks at Will as she leaves to go get them their rum)
Okay, I'm done. Someone else's turn.
oh before i start, i just wanted to say the "clearly you've never been to turkey" part was HYSTERICAL... the whole pirate jury, it was like, STRAIGHT out of the films!!!!! you should call up ted and terry and get in on it all. seriously.
ANyways...
Kate goes into the hold, looking for rum.
Kate: (to herself) Think girl, think! What's a pirate's weakness? Rum and ladies.
With that, she begins rummaging through several crates, and has soon put together a somewhat scandalous pirate-lass outfit. A moment later she re-appears outside on the deck with drinks.
The pirates are having a lot of fun at Will and Norrington's expense: they have made them stand on the plank while they throw vegetables at them. Kate quickly steps in front of them and holds out the drinks.
Kate: Drink up me hearties, yo ho!
Captain Blood: That's a better outfit for ye, lass! And drinks as well. I've a feeling you'll fit right in aboard this ship.
Jacky: And what duties do you have in mind for the rest of us?
Captain B: It'll be scrubbing and cooking for the men. ANd for you, my dear, we pirates like to treat women in your condition well. So you'll be keeping off your feet till the little one comes. Then, we'll think of something a bit more interesting for you to do...
Cut back to the Pearl, which is nearing Port Royal.
Liz: There's the ship...
Jack: We need a plan. Mr. Gibbs! Do we have anything worth bartering?
Abi: Just one thing...
Cut back to Capt B's ship. Kate has gotten the pirates raging drunk, but they are still more clever than expected, leaving sober guards at all points around the ship. The pirates are laughing and clapping as Kate and Jacky dance for them. Suddenly, one of the guards shouts out, "ANother ship is approaching!"
Capt B: Bring them aboard. We'll treat them to our hospitality.
Alex comes aboard, leading a tied up Abi and Liz, both dressed to kill in gorgeous wench attire.
Alex: Good evening gentlemen. I've got a mind to bargain with ye!
Capt B: If these two lovely ladies are involved, we're all ears, mate!
Alex: These here are two of the most exciting-- and experienced-- wenches this side of Tortuga. They're worth more than a pretty penny, and I'm here to tell you that they can be yours for one low price!!!
Capt B: (laughing) go on!
Kate and Jacky catch on to the plan, as Liz and Abi start dancing with them. The mood turns rather seductive as the girls start dancing with scarves... and it isn't until the end of the song that the pirates realized they have all been tied to their chairs with the scarves.
Meanwhile, the men from the pearl have taken out the guards. Jack comes aboard as the Jamaican pirates growl angrily.
Jack: Nicely executed plan! I especially like the wench outfits...
Will: Don't just stand there! Let's get off this ship before they figure out to untie those scarves.
Alex: Shouldn't we do a little ship raiding while we can, though? We might find something useful...
Kate: They have plenty of rum and some interesting voodoo articals below deck.
Jack: Enough said!
They pillage the holds and take everything they can carry back to the pearl...
