Next morning, after everyone is awake. The sun is shining and a soft wind is blowing. Jacky was the whole night thinking about how she could help him.
Jacky: (walks over to Jack) Do you know where Liz wanted to go?
Jack: Well, she said something....she wanted to settle..I’ve heard...she wanted to go to England again...
Jacky: England? Oh, alright then....I have a friend there...called....(to herself) well what was his name? ....Ah!!..Julian!! He’s a blacksmith!!
Jack: Oh, god...not another eunuch!!
Will: Jack!! I’ve heard that!! You could be more friendly to me, I’ve saved your life.
Jack: Well, then you expect that thanks are in order then?

Jack: (to Jacky) Alright do you have a course now??
Jacky: Mr. Gibbs....set sail in the direction of England...we have to do something there.
Norri comes and wants to kiss Jacky, but she moves away. Later Jacky is alone in Jacks cabin...while Norri enters.
Norri: Why do you run away from me?
Jacky: I do not! But I don’t want to see Jack suffer more then he does now.
Norri: It’s his own fault!
Jacky: How can you say that. He’s my brother. (she glances at him) Maybe I am excatly like him. (she knew that she has hurt him with that)
Norri: Very fine...then you should maybe think again if you really want to marry me. (with that he leaves the cabin)
Jacky throws an empty bottle to the door, which is opening in that moment! PLOING!!
Jack has got the bottle on his head. Now he falls down to the ground.
Jacky: Oh, shit!!
She runs to Jack and shakes him. He slowly awakes.
Jack: Oh, my head!
Jacky: Oh, I’m terribly sorry, I didn’t know! I was just so angry.
Jack: Well...I think that’s in our blood, always to destroy something.
Jacky helps Jack on his feet and he walks over to his bed, falling down on it.
Jack: I’m really happy to know you...you’re as crazy as me
Jacky: (blushes, she didn’t know why, but she did) Oh, thank you!
Jack was glancing at her. He was wondering why she starts to blush. He has just said that he admires her. Was that wrong?
Jacky knew she was thinking too much about him, especially the last days. She knew more then enough that he was his brother, alright his stepbrother , but nonetheless his brother. She hated herself for this kind of thoughts.
Jacky: I have to go....I....I must...speak to my fiancee...I think....he’s angry at me.
With that she leaves his cabin!!
yes, I have....but I don't know to continue....there are some opportunitys
1) Jacky is not his brother....grant could have married another woman and she had a daughter not with him
2) Jacky is just a bit confussed because of norri
3) Jacky somehow, when jack is drunk again, gets just a kiss (but a good one), but that's enough and realise that's because she was afraid of norri

camera cuts to alizabeth who is laying on her bed it's just getting dark outside..fast asleep you can tell she fell asleep crying..her face is wet and a single drop of tear strays along her cheek..suddenly we hear a CRACK in the distance..not loud at all but liz having have led the pirate life for so long has practiced ears her eyes pop open as she tip toes toward her window only to see victoria moving along in the bushes.
liz(whispers)-knew it!

grant-jack..don't want to piss you off again but..you've almost drained 2 bottles o' rum by yourself and just last night you died from having it so..

The whole crew looks from Liz to Jack and from Jack to Liz. Only Jacky is smiling. And Liz glances angryly at Vicky.
Jacky: (to Julian) You should not tell your dearie a secret, I think she can’t keep it on her own.
Will (to Liz): Is it true?
Jack: Do you believe she’s just joking, of course you have never been as smart as she, but in fact I thought you were a bit more smarter then I thought you would be.
There are footsteps heard in the street.
Liz: I think we should go aboard, it’s not a good place to talk. (to herself) It’s such a pity that I can’t drink rum till I pass out, it would be much easier.
Jack: (who has heard that) Well, I’m glad you’re back....I knew you need your freedom.
Liz: Only because I go on your ship, I’ll not forgive you anything! And because of you I’m pregnant so you have to leave me your cabin.
Jack: Well, I thought we could use it like before.
Liz: Mr. Sparrow, like I said, I’ll not forgive you.
Jack: But a bit it’s your fault, too. You wanted it as much I as wanted to want you to want me, aye? So who do you want to claim for that you're pregnant?
